Cop 29-ին մասնակցելու հետ կապված դեռևս որոշում չունենք։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը:
«Վստահաբար այն պահին, երբ որ լինի որոշում, մենք պատշաճ կերպով կտեղեկացնենք, թե արդյոք մասնակցում ենք, վերջնական որոշում կա մասնակցելու կամ չմասնակցելու և ի՞նչ մակարդակով կմասնակցենք։
Եվրոպական երկրների հայտարարությունները COP29-ին ընդառաջ գերիների հետ կապված խոսում են այն մասին, որ գերիների խնդրի հասցեագրումը շատ կարևոր է, և մենք նույնպես այդ աշխատանքներն ենք տանում, որ բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիները և այլ պահվող անձիք ի վերջո վերադառնան Հայաստան»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ այս պահին COP29-ի շրջանակներում գերիների վերադարձի, խաղաղության հետ կապված քննարկումներ կա՞ն Բաքվի հետ, Կոստանյանն ասաց. «Ընդհանուր բանակցային դինամիկայից պետք է դատել։
Բնականաբար կան խողովակներ, որոնցով ընթանում են շփումները, այդ թվում նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուղարկված նախագծի 11-րդ խմբագրումը ստացանք վերջերս և դիտարկում ենք։ Դեռևս մնում են, շարունակում են մնալ հարցեր, որոնց շուրջ երկու կողմերի տեսակետները տարբերվում են, բայց մենք տեսնում ենք հնարավորություն այս տեսակետները դիտարկելու։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակում է շահագրգռված լինել Ադրբեջանի հետ տարածքների կարգավորման գործընթացում, և կարծում ենք դրական հաղորդագրություններն են, որոնք օգնում են այս գործընթացին, ինչպես նաև երկու պետությունների հանրություններին նախապատրաստումը:
Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, որ օրերս Ադրբեջանից գաղտնազերծել են խաղաղության պայմանագրի չհամաձայնեցված կետերը, որոնց մեջ կան ԵՄ դիտորդների դուրսբերման, սահմանադրության փոփոխման, Ադրբեջանի դեմ ներկայացված միջազգային հայցերից հրաժարվելու հետ կապված հարցեր, փոխնախարարն ասաց. «Հինգշաբթի այդ հարցին պատասխանել եմ կառավարության նիստից հետո, կրկնելու կարիք չեմ տեսնում»:
