Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը՝ հաղթաթուղթ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի ձեռքին

44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի պատրաստած զեկույցը դեկտեմբերին կմտնի փորձաքննության փուլ՝ կապված գաղտնիության ռեժիմի հետ: Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե զեկույցն ավարտված է, ԱԺ լիագումար նիստերից մեկում այն ներկայացվելու է ամբողջ ծավալով։ Ըստ Քոչարյանի բազմաթիվ բացահայտումներ կան, և զեկույցի հրապարակումից հետո չեն բացառվում նոր քրեական գործերը։ Քոչարյանը, խորհրդավորության շղարշ հաղորդելով իր նախագահած հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքին, հայտարարել է, թե հիմա էլ հազարավոր քրեական գործեր կան, իսկ իրական թիվը կհնչեցնի լիագումար նիստերի դահլիճում։

Գործող իշխանությունները, քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելով, նպատակ ունեին պատերազմում պարտության ողջ մեղքը բարդել նախկինների, զինվորականների, Ռուսաստանի վրա, ըստ ամենայնի, հենց այդպես էլ լինելու է եզրակացությունը։ Այս զեկույցը նաև Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հաղթաթուղթն է՝ «Քաղպայմանագրում» իր դեմ ձևավորված ընդդիմության դեմ պայքարում։ Թեպետ, խմբակցության մի ահռելի զանգված փորձում է նրան պաշտոնանկ անել հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից, Փաշինյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ նա զգալի գաղտնիքների է տիրապետում, և չի կարող հենց այնպես զոհել խարդավանքների մեծ վարպետ Քոչարյանին։ Շատ ավելի հեշտ է ՔՊ խմբակցությանը փուռը տալ, քան հենց Քոչարյանին։ Վերջինս էլ, հրաշալի հասկանալով իր առավելությունները, վա-բանկ է խաղում, ինչը, նշենք, նրան հաջողվում է։ Եթե Քոչարյանը կարողանա իր զեկույցով բավարարել Փաշինյանի ստորին բնազդները, ապա կարող է հանգիստ լինել իր՝ ՔՊ-ում լինելու հավանականության համար։
