Փաշինյանի Հայաստանում մարդ ծեծող ոստիկանին չեն պատժում

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին ծեծելու մեջ մեղադրվող ոստիկանն ընդամենը մեկ ամիս անց կրկին վերադարձել է ծառայության։ Գործող իշխանությունները բազմիցս ապացուցել են, որ մտադիր չեն պատժել ընդդիմախոսներին, զոհվածների ծնողներին, ակտիվիստներին դաժան ծեծի ենթարկող իրավապահներին, ընդհակառակը՝ կարող են նաև պարգևատրել, պաշտոնեական առաջխաղացման արժանացնել, իսկ ամենադաժան հարվածները բաժին էին հասել «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ ՀԳՄ նախագահ Աշոտ Սիմոնյանին։ Ոստիկանությունում ներքին քննություն էին սկսել, 60 հոգուց միայն մեկի՝ կարմիրբերետավոր Գևորգ Մկրտչյանի լիազորությունները կասեցրել էին։ Ընդամենը մեկ ամիս անց Գևորգյանին առանց աղմուկի վերականգնել էին։

Դատախազությունն ու քննչականը, թեև քրեական վարույթ են հարուցել, սակայն մտադիր չեն պատժել ծեծելու հետ սեր ունեցող ոստիկանին, Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից էլ լկտիաբար արձագանքում են, որ Մկրչտյանին վերականգնել են աշխատանքի, քանի որ ծառայողական քննությունը փակել են քրեական վարույթ հարուցելու պատճառով։

Մկրտչյանն, իհարկե, եզակի չէ, «Եռաբլուր» պանթեոնում էլ զոհվածների ծնողներին ծեծած ու քաշքշած ոստիկանները չեն պատժվել, ինչպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրոք չեն պատժվելու որևէ ջարդարար ոստիկան։ Ընդհակառակը, այսպիսի հակաօրինական քայլերով գործող իշխանություններն ազդակ են հղում ոստիկաններին, որ անպատիժ են մնալու, քանի դեռ պաշտպանում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը։
