Տավուշի մարզում սեփական մաշկի վրա են զգում միակողմանի զիջման հետևանքները

Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման առաջին փորձը տեղի ունեցավ Տավուշում, մասնավորապես, Կիրանց գյուղում։ Չնայած տեղացիների դժգոհություններին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատեհ, անպատեհ տարբեր ամբիոններից մեջբերել է Կիրանցի օրինակը, նշել, որ այնտեղ բավական անվտանգ է՝ հստակ ուրվագծված սահման ունենալուց հետո։ Տավուշի մարզում, սակայն, օրեցօր սեփական մաշկի վրա են զգում միակողմանի զիջման հետևանքները։
«Օրինակ՝ Կիրանցում յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիք զբաղվում էր անասնապահությամբ, ընդ որում՝ խոշոր ու մանր եղջերավոր անասուններ էին պահում, քանի որ արոտավայրերի, անասնակերի պակաս չկար։ Թուրքական շահը սպասարկող Հայաստանի գործող իշխանության կողմից Կիրանցում սահմանազատման աշխատանքներն իրականացնելուց հետո՝ տեղի ժողովուրդն այլևս գյուղատնտեսությամբ չի զբաղվում։ Միայն մի քանի ընտանիքներ կան, որոնք վաճառքի չեն հանել սեփական անասունները, մյուսները վաճառել են»,-MediaHub-ին պատմեց Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ Կարեն Ղազարյանը։
Կիրանցիները սահմանազատման/սահմանագծման արդյունքում դե ֆակտո կորցրել են նաև Բերքաբերի ջրամբարի ափին գտնվող մոտ 40 հա բերրի հող մշակելու հնարավորությունը։ Հողերը գտնվում են նոր սահմանին մոտ, մարդիկ վախենում են ականներից, իսկ ադրբեջանական դիրքերը շատ մոտ են՝ հատկապես Խերիմլիի ուղղությամբ։ Որոշ սեփականատերեր սահմանազատումից հետո ընդհանրապես չեն այցելել այստեղ գտնվող իրենց հողատարածքներ:
«Նույնիսկ սահմանային «անվտանգության պատ»-ը և ամբողջ գյուղամերձ տարածքը սահմանազատելուց հետո՝ անվտանգության որևէ ծառայող չկա մեր կողմից։ Գյուղը պաշտպանում են գյուղացիները։ Ճիշտն ասած էս վերջերս նաև ադրբեջանցիներ չեն երևում նույնիսկ ուղեկալներում։ Հավանաբար տեսախցիկով են հսկում, որովհետև ամիսներ առաջ, երբ մոտեցել եմ սահմանին, նկատել եմ, որ միանգամից դուրս են եկել կացարաններից ու սկսել շարժվել»,-ասաց նա։
Կարեն Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ այս տարի Կիրանցում իրականացվել է 3-4 հա աշնանացան, նախորդ տարվա 25-30 հա-ի փոխարեն։
