ՀՀ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունները հայտարարություն են տարածել։
«Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի դեմ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 4-ը իրականացված լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ամբողջ արցախահայությունը ֆիզիկական ոչնչացման սպառնալիքի տակ ստիպված եղավ լքել իր պատմական հայրենիքը, որտեղ հայկական քաղաքակրթական ժառանգությունը ունի հազարամյակների պատմություն: Բաքվի ռեժիմի կողմից ցեղասպան քաղաքականությամբ իրականացված արցախահայության զանգվածային բռնի տեղահանումը միջազգային իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է:
Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի և արցախահայության բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով ավելի քան մեկ տարի ապօրինաբար գերության մեջ են պահվում Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը և բազմաթիվ հայաազգի գերիներ։ Բաքվի բանտում մեր հայրենակիցներին պահելը ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականության հետևանք է, որի դրսևորումները չեն դադարում մինչև այժմ, այլեւ առկա բանակցային գործընթացում մարդկային կյանքերը, ազատությունն ու արժանապատվությունը որպես ճնշման միջոց օգտագործելու փորձ:
Բաքվում անցկացվելիք ՄԱԿ-ի «Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի» մասնակիցների կոնֆերանսի 29-րդ նստաշրջանի (COP29) անցկացման զուգընթաց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը
1. Կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը՝ օգտագործել իր ազդեցությունը և պահանջել Ադրբեջանի կողմից անմիջապես ազատ արձակել Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը և մյուս բոլոր հայ գերիներին, ովքեր անօրինական կերպով պահվում են Բաքվում:
2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանը հորդորում է ակտիվորեն համագործակցել միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ հասնելու Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը և մյուս բոլոր հայ գերիների ազատ արձակմանը:
3. Հիշեցնում է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը, որ ելնելով միջազգային իրավունքի և մարդու իրավունքների հիմնարար դրույթներից՝ Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է անհապաղ ազատ արձակել բոլոր հայ գերիներին»:
