ՔՊ-ն ձախողեց ռազմագերիների մասին հայտարարությունը

Ադրբեջանում ընթացող COP29 գագաթնաժողովի ֆոնին միջազգային տարբեր կառույցներ, առաջատար կազմակերպություններ ու ակտիվիստներ դատապարտող հայտարարություններ են ընդունում Բաքվի հասցեին, պահանջում են ազատ արձակել ձերբակալվածներին, հայ ռազմագերիներին, հիշեցնում են, որ Ադրբեջանը բռնապետական երկիր է, օկուպացրել և հայաթափել է Արցախը։ Բազմաթիվ առաջատար պետությունների ղեկավարներ էլ հրաժարվում են մասնակցել գագաթնաժողովին։
Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն չեն դատապարտել Ադրբեջանին, չեն պահանջել ազատ արձակել Բաքվում պահվող ռազմագերիներին, այլև երեկ ձախողել են Ազգային ժողովում հայ ռազմագերիների մասին ընդդիմության հայտարարության նախագիծը․ փաստաթղթին կողմ են քվեարկել միայն ընդդիմադիրները։ «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցություններն առաջարկում էին Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի անունից հայտարարություն ընդունել՝ կոչ անելով նախևառաջ միջազգային հանրությանը ճնշում գործադրել Բաքվի վրա՝ բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիներին ազատ արձակելու համար։ Հայտարարության նախագիծը նաև հորդորում էր Հայաստանի կառավարությանն այս հարցով ակտիվորեն համագործակցել միջազգային կազմակերությունների հետ։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» «կռուտիտների» հերթական խմբաքանակն է արտանետել խորհրդարանի դահլիճում՝ փորձելով նախ համոզել, որ այդ հայտարարությունը որևէ զարգացման վրա չի ազդի, ապա և հրաժարվել են մասնակցել քվեարկությանը։ 30 կողմ ձայներով հայտարարության նախագիծը չի ընդունվել։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո իշխող ուժը մշտապես խափանել է ընդդիմության նմանօրինակ նախաձեռնությունները՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, որ գործում է անմիջականորեն Ադրբեջանի հրահանգներով։ ՔՊ-ն վաղուց այլևս չի էլ թաքցնում իր նպատակներն ու դրդապատճառները, իսկ ընդդիմությանն էլ չի հաջողվում հայտարարության նախագիծ բերելուց այն կողմ անցնել։ Արդյունքում հանրությունը կրկին հայտնվում է կոտրված տաշտակի առջև, երբ այլընտրանք չունի, իսկ երկրի առջև ծառացող մարտահրավերները գնալով խորանում են։
