ArmLur.am-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Վահե Կարապետյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, որ նա, լինելով հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ուսումնական գումարտակի հրամանատարի նյութաապահովման գծով տեղակալ, 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 16-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ համայնքի Ոստան բնակավայր տանող ճանապարհին առկա խաչի հարակից հատվածում հարվածներ է հասցրել նույն գումարտակի հրամանատար, փոխգնդապետ Լիպարիտ Վանիկի Մուշեղյան, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառել է միջին ծանրության վնաս՝ առողջության տևական քայքայումով, մասնավորապես՝ «միջին ճակատային շրջանի, ձախից ստորին կոպի շրջանի քերծվածքների, ձախից վերին և ստորին կոպերի, ձախ բազկի վերին երրորդականի առաջային մակերեսի, աջ դաստակի ափային և թիակային մակերեսների աջ ստորանրակային շրջանի թվով երկու հատ, ձախից ստորանրակային շրջանի ձախ կրծքագեղձի վերին դրսային արորդակի պորեկցիայով, ձախ կրծքագեղձ վերին ներսային քարորդի պրոեկցիայով թվով երկու հատ, ձախից ստորթիակային շրջանի արյունազեղումների ձևով» մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
