«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 Նախօրեին ԱԺ ամբիոնից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արած հայտարարությունը կամ հայտարարությունների փունջը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը լուծարված հռչակելու, ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը չեղարկելու մասին էր: «Վերջին տարիներին, հատկապես, ես տասնյակ անգամներով կարդացել եմ մեր Անկախության հռչակագիրը և եկել եմ մի հատ սարսափելի եզրակացության, որ Անկախության հռչակագրի բովանդակությունը նրա մասին է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ: Եվ սա մեր ամենամեծ պրոբլեմն ու ողբերգությունն է»,-ի մասնավորի ասել է նա:
 
Ի՞նչ է նշանակում Անկախության հռչակագրի այս հրապարակային ուրացումը: Դա ամենից առաջ նշանակում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լիովին պարտավորվել է կատարել Ալիևի պահանջն ու ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունից ջնջել Անկախության հռչակագրին արվող նախաբանային հղումը: Ավելին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բացահայտ հասկացրեց, որ պատրաստվում է ջնջել, ոչնչացնել Հայաստանի Անկախության հռչակագիրը: Իսկ դա, իր հերթին, քաղաքական բովանդակության առումով, նշանակում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հռչակել լուծարված: Մնացյալը լոլոներ են: Մեծ հաշվով, նա, ով ուրացել է Արցախը ու համոզված է, որ մարսել է դա, ինչո՞ւ չպիտի ցանկանար ավելի հեռուն գնալ և ուրանալ նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, առհասարակ՝ Հայրենիք ասվածը: Կանգնեցնողն ո՞վ է:
 
Իսկ եթե որևէ մեկը, առավել ևս՝ վարչապետի պաշտոն զբաղեցնողը տասնյակ անգամ կարդացել է Անկախության հռչակագիրն ու իր ներկայացրածի նման «եզրակացության» է հանգել, ապա «մեր ամենամեծ պրոբլեմն ու ողբերգությունը» ոչ թե պետության հիմնարար փաստաթուղթն է, այլ նման իշխանություն ու, ցավոք, նրան ծափահարողներ ունենալն է: Մեր ժողովուրդը շատ է սիրում... Ամերիկան, այն է՝ ԱՄՆ-ն: Այդ շատ սիրողները թող հիմա մի պահ պատկերացնեն, թե ինչ կլիներ ու ինչ վիճակում և որտեղ կհայտնվեր ԱՄՆ որևէ նախագահ, եթե Սենատում հայտարարեր, թե ԱՄՆ Անկախության հռչակագիրը...
 
ԱՄՆ չգոյության մասին է: Ու, ընդհանրապես, փորձեք դա պատկերացնել ցանկացած այլ երկրում, թեկուզ մեր հարևան թշնամական երկրներում: Ընդ որում, ոչ միայն անկախության, պետականության առումով, այլև պատմական հայրենիքի, պատմական հողերի առումով: Պատկերացրեցի՞ք նման բան: Կրկին՝ անհնար է: Իսկ Հայաստանում, առանց «պատկերացումների», կատարվում է նման բան: Փաշինյանը նման բաներ է հայտարարում ու... գնում մորուքազերծվելու:
