Նախօրեին 42-ամյա տղամարդը մահացել է եղբոր արձակած կրակոցից. ՔԿ-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնել

2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ին` ժամը 00:05-ին, «Արմենիա» ՀԲԿ-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ երկու անհայտ անձի կողմից տեղափոխվել է մի տղամարդ՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներով, ով, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է: հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են քննության համար էական հանգամանքներ՝ տուժածի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի 35-ամյա բնակիչ է, ինչպես նաև՝ դեպքի վայրը:
Ըստ քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Երևան քաղաքի Նազարբեկյան փողոցոմ գտնվող հյուրանոցային համալիրի հարևանությամբ գործող ավտոլվացման կետի դիմացի հատվածում, որի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է արնանման նյութի հետք և ատրճանակի փամփուշտի գնդակ:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է ևս մեկ քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որը, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու նպատակով, միացվել է վերոհիշյալ քրեական վարույթին:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 42-ամյա տղամարդը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է ավտոլվացման կետի մոտ մի խումբ անձանց մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, որի ընթացքում հնչել են կրակոցներ: Առկա են ստուգման ենթակա տվյալներ` միջադեպի ժամանակ այլ անձանց կողմից ևս մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու վերաբերյալ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են վարութային և քննչական անհետաձգելի գործողություններ՝ հարցաքննություններ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, ինչպես նաև՝ նշված հյուրանոցային համալիրի և հիվանդանոցի տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է կրակոց արձակած անձի ինքնությունը, ով տուժողի եղբայրն է՝ 34 տարեկան:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, ենթադրյալ հանցանք կատարած, միջադեպին մասնակից, տուժածին հիվանդանոց տեղփախած, ինչպես նաև միջադեպին ականատես անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, հանցագործության գործիք ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու նպատակով հանձնարարություն է տրվել Ոստիկանությանը:
