6 հիվանդություն, որոնց դեպքում չի կարելի բանան ուտել

Որոշ կատեգորիաների մարդկանց համար բանան ուտելը կարող է հատկապես անցանկալի լինել.
1․ Շաքարային դիաբետ. սուպերմարկետներում վաճառվող բանանը հաճախ արհեստականորեն հասունանում է, ինչը հանգեցնում է արյան շաքարի բարձր մակարդակի: Եթե դուք շաքարախտ ունեք, խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել չհասած մրգեր։
2․ Գիրություն. Արհեստականորեն հասունացած բանանը նաև նպաստում է նյութափոխանակության խանգարմանը և ճարպային բջիջների ձևավորմանը, ուստի խորհուրդ չի տրվում օգտագործել ճարպակալման դեպքում:
3․ Զարկերակային գերճնշում. բանանը արյան խտացման և մարմնից հեղուկի դուրսբերման պատճառ է դառնում, ինչը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել արյան բարձր ճնշում ունեցող մարդկանց համար:
4․ Երակների վարիկոզ, սրտի հիվանդություն. Բանանի արյունը խտացնելու ունակության պատճառով այն խորհուրդ չի տրվում այնպիսի հիվանդությունների դեպքում, ինչպիսիք են թրոմբոֆլեբիտը, երակների վարիկոզ լայնացումը, կորոնար շնչերակ հիվանդությունը կամ նրանց, ովքեր ինսուլտ կամ սրտի կաթված են ստացել:
5․ Մարսողական խնդիրներ. բանանը կարող է վատթարացնել մարսողության որոշ պայմաններ, ինչպիսիք են գրգռված աղիքի համախտանիշը: Այն խթանում է լեղու արտահոսքը, նպաստում է գազերի առաջացմանն ու փքվածությանը, իսկ ստամոքսահյութը դարձնում է ավելի թթվային։ Նման դեպքերում բանանի օգտագործումը պետք է համաձայնեցվի բժշկի հետ և զգուշությամբ օգտագործվի։
6․ Երիկամների հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց համար բանանի չափից ավելի օգտագործումը կարող է լուրջ վնաս հասցնել: Ամեն ինչ կալիումի հսկայական քանակության մասին է, որ պարունակում են այս մրգերը: Հիշենք, որ երիկամների գործառույթներից մեկն էլ արյան մեջ կալիումի մակարդակը վերահսկելն է։ Եթե երիկամները թուլացած են, սննդակարգից պետք է բացառել կալիումով հարուստ ցանկացած մթերք, հատկապես բանանը։
