  2. Սննդակարգի կտրուկ փոփոխությունը օրգանիզմը սթրեսի է ենթարկում, որն էլ դիետան դարձնում է տհաճ գործընթաց:
  3. Սովի մշտական զգացումը մարդկանց դարձնում է նյարդային և լարված:Գիտնականները պարզել են,որ հենց դիետաների ժամանակ է մարդ ձգտում արգելված սնունդ օգտագործել:
  4. Կարևոր է ձեռք բերել առողջ սովորություններ, առավոտյան նախաճաշել, օրվա ռացիոնից հանել ավելորդ մթերքները, սպորտով զբաղվել:
  5. Եվ վերջին խնդիրը հենց մեր մեջ է:Մենք հաճախ ենք դժգոհում մեզանից և համեմատում ենք էտալոնների հետ`սթրեսի ենթարկելով մեր օրգանիզմը:
