Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Լյուդվիգ Գյուլնազարյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել, հայտնել են լրատվամիջոցները։

Ավելի վաղ մամուլը գրել էր Գյուլնազարյանի մասնակցությամբ զինված միջադեպի մասին։

Եղբայրը կրակել է եղբոր վրա ու նրան զրկել կյանքից։

ArmLur.am-ին հասած լուրերի համաձայն՝ Աջափնյակում հայտնի «Վլե»-ի ավտոլվացման կետի մոտ են գնացել մի խումբ տղաներ հարցերի պարզաբանման նպատակով։ Լվացման կետը պատկանել է Փարաքարի ՔՊ-ական համայնքապետ Լյուդվիգ Գյուլնազարյանի ընկերոջը, որը նույնպես դեպքի վայրում է եղել՝ իր ընկերների կողքին լինելու ու նրանց վրա եկած անձանց, ըստ էության, պատասխան տալու համար։

Արդյունքում ավտոլվացման կետի մոտ հնչել են կրակոցներ։ Միջադեպի մասնակիցներից մեկը, որը կռվի է գնացել եղբոր հետ, հանել է զենքն ու կրակել, ինչի հետեւանքով փամփուշտը դիպել է իր եղբորը։ Վերջինս հիվանդանոցում մահացել է։

Shamshyan.com-ը գրել էր, որ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Կրակոցներից մեկ անձ սպանվել է։

Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Երևանի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Արթուր Մանուկյանն է, ով, ըստ հիվանդանոցի հայտնած տեղեկությունների, մահացել է կրակոցից: Նրա մարմնի վրա առկա է եղել կրակոցի 1 հետք:

«Հրապարակ»-ն էլ գրել էր, որ իր տեղեկություններով սպանության վայրում է եղել և այս թեմային մասնակից է եղել նաև Փարաքարի ՔՊ-ական համայնքապետ Լյուդվիգ Գյուլնազարյանը:
