«Գնում եմ առանց սկանդալի». Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը հրաժարական է ներկայացրել

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրել է, որ ուզում է առաջ ընկնել պաշտոնանկությունների շրջանառվող շարքից և հրաժարվում է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի թե՛ նախագահությունից և թե՛ անդամությունից:
Վերջինս գրել է, թե առերևույթ ամեն ինչ պարզ է, իսկ խորքային պատճառները չի ուզում ասել: Ըստ նրա՝ ինչ էլ ասի, հազար ու մի ձև են մեկնաբանելու և շատ կեղծ վարկածներ առաջ քաշելու, և նման փորձ արդեն ունեցել է:
«Դրա փոխարեն թույլ տվեք անհամեստորեն ասել, որ դատական համակարգը դուրս եմ բերել խայտառակ ճգնաժամից: Ներսի մարդիկ դա հաստատ գիտեն ու երևի կընդունեն (բացառությամբ մի քանիսի ու նրանց մերձավորների, որոնց ցավեցրել եմ հանուն համակարգի վիրահատական բուժման):
Նաև տասնյակ ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքեր եմ դրել, որոնք եթե չապականվեն, ապա դատարան մտնող բոլոր մարդիկ մեկ-երկու տարուց կօգտվեն դրանց արդյունքներից: Դատական համակարգում մեր ներկայիս բոլոր անհաջողությունները միջնաժամկետ կտրվածքով են, քանի որ այսօրեական հանրային արդարացի պահանջները երկու տարում հնարավոր չէր բավարարել, իսկ անարդար սպասելիքները չենք էլ ուզել բավարարել:
Որպեսզի հիմնավոր բացատրեմ, թե ինչու և ինչպես բեկվեցին բոլորի դրական ակնկալիքները դատական համակարգից, պետք է հատորներով գրեմ: Հրաժարականի տեքստը շատ քիչ է դրա համար»,- գրել է նա:
Անդրեասյանը շնորհակալություններ է հայտնել. «Անկեղծ շնորհակալ եմ ազնիվ ու արհեստավարժ բոլոր այն դատավորներին և դատական ծառայողներին, ովքեր համակարգում կան ու շատացել են: Մեր ճգնաժամային կառավարմանը սատարելու և, իհարկե, այս շատ ծանր, բայց կարևոր պաշտոնն ինձ վստահելու համար շնորհակալ եմ օրենսդիր ու գործադիր թևերին՝ Վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ, ինչպես նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախկին ու ներկա անդամներին»:
Պաշտոնը թողնող Անդրեասյանը վստահեցրել է, թե գնում է առանց սկանդալի, մաղձի ու հիասթափության և, ըստ նրա, այս թունավոր պաշտոնում՝ ամենաերկարը դիմացած. «Անկեղծ հավատում եմ ուժեղ Հայաստանում արդար դատարան ունենալու վաղվա տեսլականին: Տարբեր կարգավիճակներում կշարունակեմ աջակցել այդ մեծագույն երազանքին»:
