ՔԿ նախագահ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն աշխատանքային վերջին խորհրդակցությունն է անցկացրել (տեսանյութ)

Նոյեմբերի 18-ին Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար կազմի, կառուցվածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների, ինչպես նաև Կոմիտեի աշխատակազմի ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ անցկացրել է աշխատանքային վերջին խորհրդակցությունը՝ հայտնելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնը թողնելու իր որոշման մասին։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գործընկերներին՝ իր պաշտոնավարման տարիների ընթացքում կատարված համատեղ աշխատանքի, Քննչական կոմիտեի հզորացմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնությունները համատեղ կյանքի կոչելու և միասնաբար իրենց առջև ծառացած բարդ խնդիրները հաղթահարելու համար։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն ընդգծել է, որ բազմաթիվ ուղղություններով արձանագրվել են համակարգի ուժեղացմանը միտված իր նպատակներից բխող նշանակալի արդյունքներ՝ կապված համակարգը պրոֆեսիոնալ մասնագիտական ներուժով հագեցնելու, կադրային համալրման և առաջխաղացման արդար և միասնական սկզբունքներ արմատավորելու, Կառավարության աջակցությամբ քննիչների սոցիալական երաշխիքներն ավելացնելու, Քննչական կոմիտեում թիմային աշխատանքի սկզբունքներ ու մոտեցումներ ներդնելու հետ։
Նշել է նաև, որ համատեղ ուժերով հաջողվել է ապահովել Քրեական և Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքերի սահուն կիրարկումը՝ խուսափելով աշխատանքային գործընթացի խաթարումներից ու լուրջ խնդիրներից, իսկ մասնավոր մեղադրանքով վարույթներ քննող դատավորների ինստիտուտի ներդրման շնորհիվ ստեղծվել են քննիչների ծանրաբեռնվածության էական նվազման նախադրյալներ։
Պարոն Քյարամյանը կարևոր արդյունքներից է համարել նաև, ի դեմս ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի, միասնական նախաքննական մարմնի ստեղծումը և նախաքննությունը գերատեսչական ենթակայությունից և շահերից հանելու՝ ի սկզբանե նախանշված նպատակադրման իրագործումը, ինչպես նաև «ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի փորձաքրեագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ստեղծումը, որը մտել է տեխնոլոգիական հագեցման շրջափուլ և զարգացման նախանշված ծրագրերի հետագա իրականացման պարագայում էականորեն բարձրանալու է Կենտրոնի կողմից իրականացվող փորձաքննությունների որակն ու արագության մակարդակը։
Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը նաև կարևորել է այս ընթացքում 2020թ․ 44-օրյա պատերազմին առնչվող քրեական վարույթներով կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքը, որի արդյունքներն ու արձանագրումներն ունենալու են պատմական նշանակություն, իսկ անձամբ իր համար լիարժեք անաչառ քննությամբ ընդհանուր պատկերի և խնդիրների վերհանումը եղել է բացարձակ առաջնահերթություն։
