SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 18-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Վայոց ձորի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վայքի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելով, տաք հետքերով, մոտ 30 րոպեում, հայտնաբերել ու վնասազերծել են այսօր ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Գորիս» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից հատուկ ուղեկցող ծառայողների մոտից փախուստի դիմած՝ առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության համար կալանավորված անձին։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, կալանավորը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Հայկազ Թ.-ն է, ում տեղափոխում էին Երևան, սակայն հասնելով Վայոց ձորի վարչական շրջան, Վայքի տարածքից նա դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում դիմում է փախուստի։
Տեղում ոստիկաններն անցնում եմ ուժեղացված ծառայության ու պարեկներին ու համայնքային ոստիկաններին հաջողվում է փայլուն օպերացիայի արդյունքում հայտնաբերել ու վնասազերծել փախուստի դիմածին։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վերջինս տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վայքի բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում և տեղեկությունն արդեն փոխանցվել է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր ArmLur.am-ը, իրավապահներին հրահանգ էր տրվել ուժեղացված հսկողություն սկսել ՀՀ բոլոր տարածքներում։
ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ պատճառը կապված էր լուրջ դեպքի հետ։ Գորիսի բանտից առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների մեջ մեղադրվող երկու կալանավորի ուղեկցող գնդի հսկողության տակ տեղափոխել էին Երեւան, սակայն կասկածելի հանգամանքներում կալանավորները փախել էին ոստիկանության ուղեկցող խմբի անդամների հսկողությունից։ Այս պահին իրավապահներին հրահանգ էր տրվել ուժեղացված ծառայության անցնել, քանի որ առանձնակի ծանր հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվողները չկային ու անհապաղ պետք էր գտնել նրանց։
