69-ամյա բնակիչը տնամերձ հողամասում կանեփից պատրաստված թմրամիջոց էր պահում

Քրեական ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ստացել էին հավաստի տեղեկություն, որ Ոսկեհատ գյուղի բնակիչ 42-ամյա մի տղամարդ տանը պահում է մարիխուանա։ Տեղեկությունը ստուգելու նպատակով իրավապահները մեկնել են Ոսկեհատ: 42-ամյա տանտերը ներկայացրել է ավելի քան 60 գրամ զանգված: Հայտնել է, որ վայրաճ թփերից ինքն է քաղել կանեփը և անձամբ օգտագործելու նպատակով պատրաստել մարիխուանա։
ՔՈԳՎ Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մրգաշատ համայնքի բնակիչ 36-ամյա տղամարդը տնամերձ հողամասում պահում է կանեփից պատրաստած թմրամիջոց, իսկ տանը՝ զինամթերք։
Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում զննություն է կատարվել տնամերձ հողամասում. հայտնաբերվել է ալյումինե տարա` ընդհանուր 83 գրամ կանեփանման զանգվածներով, տղամարդը նաև իրավապահներին է ներկայացրել «Մակարովի» փամփշտատուփ:
Նա հայտնել է, որ թմրանյութը իրենն է` անձնական օգտագործման համար։
Հաջորդ բացահայտումը ևս Մրգաշատ գյուղում էր: Տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ 69-ամյա բնակիչը տնամերձ հողամասում պահում է կանեփից պատրաստված թմրամիջոց:
Տեղեկությունները ստուգելու նպատակով ոստիկաններն այցելել են մրգաշատցի տղամարդուն: Նա իրավապահներին է ներկայացրել մոտ 397 գրամ կանեփանման զանգվածով պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ և կանեփանման բույսի ճյուղեր։
Հաջորդ տեղեկությունը ստուգելու համար իրավապահները մեկնել են Արտաշեն: 43-ամյա տղամարդը բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում ներկայացրել է պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ՝ 47 գրամ կանեփանման զանգվածով։ Հայտնել է, որ թմրամիջոցն անձնական օգտագործման համար է։
Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ստացված տեղեկությունը ստուգելու նպատակով նոյեմբերի 12-ին էր այցելել են Ապագա գյուղի բնակիչ 36-ամյա տղամարդու տուն։
Տանտերն իրավապահներին է ներկայացրել պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակ՝ 83 գրամ կանեփանման զանգվածով: Ըստ նրա` մարիխուանան անձնական օգտագործման համար էր։
Բոլոր դեպքերով կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են նախաքննական մարմին։
