Անհրաժեշտ է գալ իրականության տիրույթ՝ գիտակցելով, որ մենք քիչ թե շատ գործոն էինք, քանի դեռ կար հայկական Արցախը՝ տարածաշրջանային Heartland-ը: Այս մասին իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը:
«Քաղաքական տեխնոլոգիաներում կա երկու կարևոր գործիքակազմ՝ միֆոդիզայն և ռեալդիզայն: Առաջինն ուղղված է միֆերի ձևավորմանը՝ քաղտեխնոլոգիաների օբյեկտի (անձ, կուսակցություն, պետություն և այլն) կարևորության բարձրացման նպատակով:
Երկրորդը շատ ավելի ցավոտ է օբյեկտի համար, քանզի ուղղված է դրան իրականության տիրույթ բերելուն: Մենք բոլորս տարբեր մակարդակներում զբաղված ենք միֆոդիզայնով՝ շարունակելով մերժել իրականությունն ու մտածել, թե Ռեստավրացիան, այնուամենայնիվ, հնարավոր է:
Մեզ ռեալդիզայն է պետք: Անհրաժեշտ է գալ իրականության տիրույթ՝ գիտակցելով, որ մենք քիչ թե շատ գործոն էինք, քանի դեռ կար հայկական Արցախը՝ տարածաշրջանային Heartland-ը:
Բոլոր հաղորդակցությունները, միջազգային ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերը, մեգառեգիոնալ անվտանգային էկոհամակարգերը կարող են հանգիստ շրջանցել Հայաստանը: Այսօր էլ փաստացի շրջանցում են: Ու, վստահեցնում եմ, շրջանցելու են:
