Երևանի ավագանու նիստում քննակվում է հանրային տրանսպորտից օգտվողների համար առաջարկվող արտոնությունների փաթեթը։ Ավագանու անդամ Իզաբելլա Աբգարյանը փոխանցեց տրոյելբուսով երթևեկող թոշակառուների և տարեց քաղաքացիների մտահոգությունը։ Տրոլեյբուսի տոմսի արժեքը 50 դրամ է։ Արդյո՞ք հունվարի 1-ից սակագնային փաթեթները և մեկ ուղևորության համար վճարելու անհնարինությունը տրոլեյբուսին ևս վերաբերվելու է, թե՝ ոչ։ Հարցին պատասխանեց քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Սուրեն Գրիգորյանը․ «Միասնական տոմսային համակարգի տրամաբանությունն այն է, որ սակագներն ու տոմսերի տեսակները չեն տարբերակվում ըստ շարժակազմերի, ըստ տրանսպորտի տեսակների։ Այն նախագիծը, որն ընդունվել է մարտի 12-ին և այսօրվա արտոնությունների փաթեթը հավասարապես վերաբերվում են տրոլեյբուսին, ավտոբուսին և մետրոյին»,- պատասխանեց Սուրեն Գրիգորյանը։
«Մարդիկ ժամերով կանգնում են կանգառում, ավտոբուսները բաց են թողնում, քանի որ չունեն 100 դրամ և սպասում են տրոլեյբուսին։ Ստացվում է՝ ամենախոցելի խմբերի համար է՛լ ավելի շատ եք թանկացնում»,- ասաց Աբգարյանը։ Ի պատասխան՝ Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ նոր տրոլեյբուսներն էականորեն փոխում են նաև այդ շարժակազմի մատուցած ծառայությունների որակը։
