Համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացված տվյալներն իրացրին Քրեական ոստիկանության Արագածոտնի մարզային վարչության գործընկերների հետ: Օպերատիվ տվյալը խարդախությունների վերաբերյալ էր:

Նոյեմբերի 14-ին, ժամը 16-ին, Երևանի Աբովյան փողոցում հայտնաբերվեցին և Աշտարակի բաժին ներկայացվեցին Երևանում բնակվող 47-ամյա և 77-ամյա երկու կանայք:

47-ամյա կինը բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում խոստովանեց, որ 2023-2024 թվականներին, քաղաքացիների վստահությունը չարաշահելու միջոցով, խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է տարբեր չափի գումարներ: Նա հիշեց նման 9 դեպք Աշտարակ համայնքի տարածքում, 4-ը` Թալինում, 3-ը` Ապարանում, որոնց կապակցությամբ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում կան նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթներ:
Խարդախության զոհ էին ընտրվում բեռնափոխադրում կամ տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող վարորդներ, իսկ մեխանիզմը հետևյալն էր: Կինը նախապես կապ էր հաստատում բեռնափոխադրողի կամ տաքսիստի հետ, պատվիրում մեկնել ինչ-որ հասցե` իբր մթերք կամ ծաղիկներ տեղափոխելու և դրանից հետո վճարելու պայմանով: Սակայն մինչ վարորդը կհասներ նշված վայրը` կինը կրկին կապ էր հաստատում նրա հետ, խնդրում իր տված հաշվեհամարին գումար փոխանցել, պայմանով, որ փոխանցված գումարը ուղեվարձի հետ կվերադարձնի: Գումարը փոխանցելուց հետո, սակայն, կինն այլևս կապի դուրս չէր գալիս:
Պարզվել է, որ 47-ամյա կինը խարդախության մեղադրանքով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի կողմից այս տարվա հունիսի 6-ից գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ. խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք:


Նույն մեղադրանքով հետախուզման մեջ էր նաև 77-ամյա կինը, բայց ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնի կողմից: Այս դեպքում խափանման միջոցը բացակայելու արգելքն էր:
