Հայ-իրաքյան արձանագրությունն ամփոփել է մոտակա տարիների համագործակցության հեռանկարները

Եզրափակիչ արձանագրության ստորագրությամբ Բաղդադում իր աշխատանքներն է ավարտել հայ-իրաքյան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը։ Արձանագրությունում ամփոփված են երկու երկրների տնտեսական և հումանիտար բնագավառներում մոտակա տարիների համագործակցության հեռանկարները։
Իրաք այցելության ընթացքում հայ-իրաքյան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հայկական կողմի համանախագահ Արմեն Երիցյանը հունվարի 27-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Իրաքի վարչապետ Հեյդար Աբադիի հետ, որի ընթացքում վերջինիս են փոխանցվել ՀՀ Նախագահի և վարապետի ողջույնները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի կառավարության աջակցությունը ահաբեկչության դեմ Իրաքի պայքարին։ Արմեն Երիցյանը հայտնել է ՀՀ իշխանությունների պատրաստակամությունը Իրաքի հետ բոլոր ոլորտներում հարաբերություններն ամրապնդելու և ընդլայնելու վերաբերյալ և ներկայացրել առկա դրական առաջընթացի բարձր տեմպերը պահպանելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Իրաքի վարչապետը նշել է, որ նավթի գների անկման արդյունքում կառավարությունը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում նոր ոլորտներում օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության զարգացմանը՝ կարևոր տեղ հատկացնելով Հայաստանին։ Վարչապետը իր քաջատեղյակությունն է ցուցադրել իրաքահայության խնդիրների վերաբերյալ և հատուկ նշել հայ համայնքի դրական դերակատարությունը երկրի զարգացման գործում։ Հեյդար Աբադին հայտարարել է, որ Իրաքի կառավարությունը ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում ազգային ու կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների խդիրները և նրանց շրջանում արտագաղթը կանխելու նպատակով ձգտում է ստեղծել նպաստավոր կենսական պայմաններ։
Հանդիպման վերջում վարչապետ Աբադին իր ջերմ ողջույններ է փոխանցել ՀՀ Նախագահին, լավագույն մաղթանքները հղել Հայաստանի ժողովրդին։
Նույն օրը Արմեն Երիցյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Իրաքի առևտրի նախարար Մուհամմեդ Շիա ալ-Սուդանիի և տրանսպորտի նախարար Բաքիր Ջաբր ալ-Զուբաիդիի հետ։
Առևտրի նախարարը հրավիրել է հայկական ընկերություններին օգտվել Իրաքում ստեղծված հնարավորություններից, մասնակցել Բաղդադի միջազգային ցուցահանդեսին, ինչպես նաև մասնակցել նախարարության կողմից հայտարարվող մրցույթներին։
Տրանսպորի նախարարի հետ քննարկվել են Բաղդադ-Երևան ուղղիղ չվերթի հետ կապված հարցերը, ինչպես նաև Իրանի միջոցով ցամաքային բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու խնդիրները։
