Ուղևորները Ռուսաստանից էին վերադարձել Հայաստան․ 33-ամյա Արթուր Խ.-ն տեղում մահացել է

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 20-ին, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցե Լոռու մարզում: Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհի 20-րդ կմ հատվածում՝ Մարգահովիտ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Արթուր Խ.-ն իր վարած «Lada» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և գլխիվայր հայտնվել ձորակում:
Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վթարի հետևանքով Արթուր Խ.-ն տեղում մահացել է, իսկ ուղևորներ, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչներ 34-ամյա Գերասիմ Ա.-ն և 21-ամյա Արամ Խ.-ն մամնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Լոռու մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սահակ Մկրտչյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Հայարփի Սահակյանի և Արման Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով՝ ավտոմեքենան վերամբարձ կռունկով դարձի է բերվել և տեղափոխվել ՊԾ Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:
