Forbes պարբերականի փորձագետների հաշվարկների համաձայն, 2015-ին անշարժ գույքի շուկայում 30 խոշոր վարկատուների ընդհանուր եկամուտը նվազել է միանգամից մեկ քառորդով, ինչը «Ռուսական անշարժ գույքի արքաները» վարկանիշի տպագրման պատմության ընթացքում վատագույն ցուցանիշն է: Եթե 2014-ի արդյունքներով Ռուսաստանի առեւտրական անշարժ գույքի վարձակալության շուկայի 30 առաջատարի ընդհանուր եկամուտը Forbes-ը գնահատում էր 9,354 մլրդ դլար, ապա 2015-ի արդյունքում այն ընդամենը 7,135 մլրդ դոլար է կազմել, տեղեկացնում է PBK-ն:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Արցախպրես»-ը:
2015-ին Forbes-ի «Անշարժ գույքի արքաներ» վարկանիշի տվյալներով առաջատար է մնացել «Կիեւյան հրապարակ» ընկերությունը, որը վերահսկում են Զարահ Ալիեւը եւ Գոդ Նիսանովը:
Անշարժ գույքի ռուսական շուկայի առաջատարների 2015-ի վարկանիշային աղյուսակի երկրորդ հորիզոնականում է հայտնվել IKEA-ի հիմնադիր Ինգվար Կամպրադը: «ԻԿԵԱ Մոս» ընկերության տարեկան եկամուտը, որին պատկանում են «Մեգա Սպիտակ Ամառանոց» եւ «Մեգա Խիմկի» ԱԿ-ները, կազմել է 680 մլն դոլար նախորդ տարվա 790 մլն դոլարի դիմաց: Ընկերության առեւտրական հարթակներն անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում, Forbes-ի տվյալների համաձայն, կրճատվել են մոտավորապես 15 տոկոսով:
«Տաշիր» ընկերության սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանը, որը մեկ տարի առաջ «Անշարժ գույքի արքաներ» վարկանիշում երկրորդ տեղն էր զբաղեցնում, 2015-ի արդյունքում դարձել է երրորդը: Նրա ընկերության ընդհանուր «վարձակալական» եկամուտը, չնայած առեւտրական հարթակների աճին, նվազել է ավելի քան 40 տոկոսով` 1,08 մլրդ դոլարից մինչեւ 610 մլն դոլար:
