Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ նոյեմբերի 21-ի նիստում որոշեց Հայաստանի տարածք խոզերի ներմուծման ժամանակավոր քանակական սահմանափակում կիրառել և հաստատել ներմուծման ընթացակարգը:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է 6 ամիս ժամկետով կիրառել քանակական սահմանափակում ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծվող ընտանի տեսակների կենդանի խոզերի՝ քանակով ոչ ավելի, քան 25 հազար հատի նկատմամբ։

Վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հայրենական սպառողները նախընտրում են քիչ ճարպային շերտով խոզի միս, որի պահանջարկի գրեթե 50%-ը ապահովում են մեր տնտեսավարողները, իսկ մյուս կեսը լրացվում է ներկրման հաշվին, որը տարեկան կազմում է մինջև 90 կգ կենդանի զանգված ունեցող 40-45 հազար գլուխ խոզ։

Ներկրումները հիմնականում իրականացվում են Բելառուսից և Ռուսաստանից: Նախորդ տարի հանրապետություն է ներկրվել մոտ 41 հազար գլուխ այդպիսի զանգվածով խոզեր, մինչդեռ ընթացիկ տարում կտրուկ ավելացել են ներկրման ծավալները և հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին ներկրվել է շուրջ 30 հազար գլուխ խոզ՝ նախորդ տարվա 19,2 հազարի փոխարեն կամ 56,3 տոկոով ավելի։

Ներկրման նման ծավալների պարագայում 2024 թվականին կարող է կրկնապատկվել կենդանի խոզերի ներկրման նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը, ինչը իրացման խնդիրներ կարող է առաջացնել խոզի մսի տեղական արտադրողների համար։

Արդյունքում՝ ներկրման ծավալների աճը կարող է հանգեցնել հանրապետությունում խոզի արտադրության ծավալների կրճատմանը, ինչը կավելացնի հանրապետության շուկայի կախվածությունը ներկրման ծավալներից և կառաջացնի ռիսկեր պարենային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից։

Ակնկալվում է, որ 2024 թ․-ին, նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ, էականորեն կավելանան խոզի մսի տեղական արտադրության ծավալները և ներքին շուկայում, նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ, ավել կիրացվի 50կգ և ավելի կենդանի զանգված ունեցող 20-25 հազար գլուխ տեղական արտադրության խոզեր։

Այդ իսկ պատճառով, նկատի ունենալով խոզի մսի տեղական արտադրության ծավալների աճը, նպատակահարմար է ընթացիկ տարում 20-25 հազար գլխով նվազեցնել 50 կգ կամ ավելի կենդանի զանգված ունեցող կենդանի խոզերի ներկրման ծավալները։
