Մաշկի համար ամենավտանգավոր մթերքները

Մարդիկ երբեք չեն դադարի պայքարել մաշկի թերությունների դեմ: Սկզբում դա դեռահասության բշտիկներն են, հետո կնճիռներն ու մաշկի թուլությունը: Սակայն մածուկներն ու քսուքները բավարար չեն, որպեսզի խուսափեն մաշկի խնդիրներից: Անհրաժեշտ է նաև պահպանել նրա առողջությունը:
Նյու Յորքի մաշկաբանները վստահեցնում են, որ ճիշտ սնունդը և իմունային համակարգի աջակցությունը կբերի մաշկի առողջության: Կան մթերքներ, որոնք խոնավեցնում են մաշկը, կան այնպիսինները, որոնք պաշտպանում են վաղաժամ ծերացումից: Սակայն քիչ չեն նաև այնպիսի մթերքները, որոնք կարող են մեծ վնաս հասցնել: Դրանց թվում կարող են լինել ոչ միայն արագ սննդի տեսակները, պահածոները, այլև բավականին անվնաս համարվող մթերքները:
Առաջին հերթին մաշկի համար վնասակար կարող են լինել ծովային մթերքները, որոնց մեջ չափից ավելի է յոդի պարունակությունը, իսկ նրա ավելցուկը օրգանիզմում կարող է բերել մաշկի բշտիկների:
Երկրորդ տեղում է աղը, քանի որ այն նպաստում է մաշկի թուլացմանը:
Յուղազրկված կաթը ևս պետք է զգուշությամբ օգտագործեն մաշկի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդիկ:
Չորրորդ հորիզոնականում է շաքարավազը, որը նույնպես նպաստում է մաշկի թուլացմանը: Արդյունքում մաշկը թույլ և կնճռոտ է դառնում:
Հինգերորդ տեղում է ալկոհոլը, քանի որ որքան այն ընդունում են, այնքան ջրազրկվում է օրգանիզմը, իսկ մաշկը դրանից անկենդան տեսք է ունենում:
