Ինչից է առաջանում միգրենը․ գլխացավերի անակնկալ պատճառներ

Գլխացավեր ունենում են շատերը, բայց դրա մի տեսակը հատկապես անտանելի է՝ Միգրենը։ Այն ծանոթ է երկրագնդի յուրաքանչյուր 6-րդ մարդու։ Հիմնականում, միգրենն արտահայտվում է գլխի մի կեսի ուժեղ ցավով, հաճախ՝ սրտխառնոցով, գլխապտույտով եւ այլ տհաճ երեւույթներով։

 

 

Միգրենը հաճախ հանդիպում է էմոցիոնալ, սթրեսների հակված մարդկանց մոտ։ Գլխացավի պատճառները

Միգրենի հակվածությունը ժառանգական է, անցնում է մոր կողմից, սակայն կարող է նաեւ կենսակերպի արդյունք լինել կամ հոգեկան ապրումների։ Միգրենն ավելի շատ սկսվում է դեռահասների մոտ, իսկ տարիքի հետ անցնում է։

 

Միգրենի առաջացման հարցում անչափ կարեւոր է սնունդը։ Ապացուցված է, որ սննդի մեջ մի շարք նյութերի պակասը բերում է գլխացավերի։
