«Օվերնյ-Ռոն-Ալպ - Հայաստան-Սյունիք բարեկամության օր» միջոցառումների շրջանակում այսօր տեղի են ունեցել նաև պաշտոնական հանդիպումներ, և ընթացքում հայտարարություններով հանդես են եկել Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը, Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը, Օվերնյ-Ռոն-Ալպ ռեգիոնի նախագահ Ֆաբրիս Պանկուքը, Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ԱԺ-ում «Droite Républicaine» խմբակցության ղեկավար, ՕՌԱ-ի ռեգիոնալ խորհրդի հատուկ խորհրդական, ՕՌԱ ռեգիոնի նախկին նախագահ Լորան Վոքիեն։ Հայտնում են Սյունիքի մարզպետի աշխատակազմից:
Սյունիքի մարզպետը նշեց, որ սա պատմական իրադարձություն է մարզի համար, որովհետև ամենածանր փուլում Սյունիքի պատմության մեջ նոր բարեկամ անուններ ամրագրվեցին, որոնցից մեկն էլ պարոն Վոքիեն է։
«Իհարկե, եթե այս ամենի էությունը լիներ զուտ հուշագրերի կնքումը, մենք դա կարող էինք մեկ տարի առաջ անել, բայց մինչ այդ բավականին շատ լուրջ մասնագիտական հանդիպումներ ու քննարկումներ ենք ունեցել, փոխայցեր, ու արված աշխատանքի հիման վրա արդեն այսօր կկնքվեն համայնքների միջև համաձայնագրերը։ Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ դրանք չլինեն պարզապես փաստաթղթեր, այլ ենթադրեն կոնկրետ աշխատանք ու երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամություն։
Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում հնարավոր է, որ ունենք խնդիրներ, որովհետև ընտրել ենք ժողովրդավարությունը, բայց չենք շեղվելու այդ ճանապարհից, որովհետև մենք Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան հանրապետությունում ենք ապրելու, իսկ այս ընտրած ճանապարհին Ֆրանսիան ու մեր բարեկամ մյուս երկրները կանգնած են մեր կողքին։
Այս ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը նոր էջ է բացելու հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամության մեջ, ու մենք նույն բարձր կետից շարունակելու ենք այն հայերի ու ֆրանսիացիների ներդրումը, որոնց գործունեությունն ուղղված է երկու երկրների բարեկամությանը», - ասաց Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը։
«Մարտնչել Հայաստանի համար, նշանակում է մարտնչել 21-րդ դարի քաղաքակրթության համար, - ասաց Լորան Վոքիեն։ - Մեր ռեգիոնի դինամիկ զարգացումը նաև այստեղի հայերի շնորհիվ է։ Պետք է լինել հաստատակամ՝ լինելու Հայաստանի կողքին»։
