Գերմանիայի արտգործնախարարը Բաքվում քննադատել է Ադրբեջանին

Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Անալենա Բարբոքը Ադրբեջանում ընթացող ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության համաժողովի (COP29) 29-րդ նստաշրջանում իր առաջին ելույթում սուր քննադատության է հնչեցրել հյուրընկալող երկրի հասցեին։ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների վիճակը մտահոգիչ է, ասել է Բաքվում գտնվող քաղաքական գործիչը։ Նա նշել է, որ լրատվամիջոցներում աշխատող ակտիվիստների և ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների ձերբակալությունը խիստ մտահոգիչ է, հայտնում է DW-ն:
Որպես օրինակ՝ նա մասնավորապես նշել է տնային կալանքի տակ գտնվող Գուբադ Իբադօղլուի երկրից հեռանալու արգելքը։ Լոնդոնի տնտեսագիտության դպրոցի 53-ամյա պրոֆեսորը, ով ուսումնասիրում է Ադրբեջանի նավթագազային հատվածը և բնապահպանական խնդիրները, ձերբակալվել է իր հայրենիքում 2023 թվականի ամռանը խարդախության մեղադրանքով։
Անալենա Բերբոքը նաև բացարձակ անընդունելի է համարել ԵԽԽՎ 76 պատգամավորների Ադրբեջան մուտքի արգելքը։ «Դրանք ազդում են նաև Բունդեսթագի գերմանացի պատգամավորների վրա և անհամատեղելի են ԵԽ-ում Ադրբեջանի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հետ»,- նշել է նախարարը։ Նա ընդգծել է կլիմայի փոփոխության այս համաժողովի կարևորությունը՝ անդրադառնալով նաև մարդու իրավունքների իրավիճակին:
