ՄԻՊ-ը Նիդերլանդների դեսպանի հետ հանդիպմանն անդրադարձել է Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել է Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մարիկե Մոնրոյ-Վինթերին։ Հայտնում են ՀՀ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Պաշտպանը բարձր է գնահատել դեսպանության հետ ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ համատեղ իրականացված ծրագրերը։ Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է իր աշխատանքի հիմնական ուղղությունները և մեր երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում առկա մարտահրավերները։

Քննարկման ընթացքում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն անդրարադրձել է ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, ատելության խոսքի, անհանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտի, իրավահավասարության և խտրականության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, ինչպես նաև փախստականների և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը։

Անահիտ Մանասյանը նշել է, որ այս ոլորտներն իր համար առաջնահերթություն են, և իրականացվող բոլոր ծրագրերը միտված են առկա կարծրատիպերը կոտրելուն, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ավելի ամուր համակարգ ձևավորելուն։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև խոշտանգումների և վատ վերաբերմունքի բոլոր ձևերի կանխարգելման, ընտանեկան բռնության, երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության և նրանց բռնության ցանկացած տեսակից զերծ պահելու, հավաքների և խոսքի ազատության իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները։ Այս համատեքստում Անահիտ Մանասյանն ընդգծել է նաև ոստիկանության բարեփոխումների կարևորությունը։

Իր հերթին դեսպան Մարիկե Մոնրոյ-Վինթերը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և կարևորել Պաշտպանի հաստատության դերը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության առաքելության իրականացման գործում։
