Սեպտեմբերի 5-ին կառավարությունն ընդունեց որոշում, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանի առաջին կուրսի ուսանողներն ու մագիստրանտները կստանան 70 հազար դրամ կրթաթոշակ:

Նշենք, որ կառավարության նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցին՝ ուսանողները սեպտեմբերի՞, թե՞ հոկտեմբերի 1-ից կստանան կրթաթոշակը, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը պատասխանեց, որ սեպտեմբերի համար առաջին կրթաթոշակը կստանան հոկտեմբերին:

Oragir.News-ի հետ զրույցում, սակայն, ՀԱԱՀ ուսանողները նշեցին, որ կրթաթոշակը մինչ օրս չեն ստացել։

Ուսանողներից մեկը պատմեց, որ երբ համալսարանից հետաքրքրվել են, թե ինչու չկա կրթաթոշակը, և ի պատասխան՝ ուսանողներին ասել են, որ կառավարությունից դեռ չեն փոխանցել։

«Համալսարանից հարցրինք, թե ինչու չկան կրթաթոշակները, պատասխանեցին, որ իրենց մեղքով չէ, քանի որ պիտի կառավարությունը փոխանցի, բայց դեռ չի արել։ Հենց փոխանցումը լինի, իրենք էլ կտան ուսանողներին»,- ասաց նա։

Ուսանողներից Կատյային էլ համալսարանից այլ պատասխան են տվել․

«Ասացին, որ դեկտեմբերին միանգամից եռամսյակի կրթաթոշակը կտան։ Չգիտեմ՝ ինչն է ուշացման պատճառը, բայց այդ գումարը շատ հարցեր կարող է լուծել։ Շատ ուսանողներ այստեղ վարձով են ապրում, կրթաթոշակը կարող է լուծել բնակարանի կամ ուսման վարձի խնդիր։ Փողը մեծ չ՝, բայց շատ խնդիրներ կարող է լուծել։ Շատերն այդ գումարի համար են ընդունվել»,- նշեց նա։

Ուսանողներին մտահոգում է նաև համալսարանի ռեկտոր չունենալու հարցը։ Բանն այն է, որ շուրջ մեկ տարի ՀԱԱՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը ռեկտոր չի ընտրում։
