Արամ Ա․Վեհափառ Հայրապետի հրավերով հոգեւոր դասի եւ քաղաքական կուսակցությունների մասնակցությամբբ նիստ է տեղի ունեցել

Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա․ Վեհափառ Հայրապետի հրավերով, Հայ հոգեւոր պետերը եւ Լիբանանի հայ քաղաքական կուսակցությունները, ինչպէս նաեւ Մեծի Տանն Կիլիկիկո Կաթողիկսութեան Ազգային Կեդրոնական Վարչության Քաղաքական Ժողովի դիվանի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ խորհրդակցական նիստ է գումարվել Մայրավանքում:
«Խորհրդակցութեան հիմնական թեման Լիբանանի մէջ տիրող իրավիճակն էր եւ անկէ բխած հետեւանքներու դիմագրաւման հաւանական միջոցները։
Արամ Ա․ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը բարի գալուստ մաղթեց ներկաներուն եւ ընդգծեց, որ հոգեւոր պետերու միջեւ խորհրդակցութիւններն ու անկէ բխած յայտարարութիւնները հետեւողական բնոյթ ունին եւ կ՚արծարծեն համայն հայութեան վերաբերող խնդիրներ։ Այս առումով ան յատուկ կերպով լուսարձակի տակ առաւ երեք հոգեւոր պետերու միացեալ յայտարարութիւնը, որ ՔՈՓ29-ի առիթով Արցախի ժողովուրդի իրաւունքներու վերականգնման, անոր հաւաքական վերադարձի հրամայականին եւ Պաքուի մէջ պահուող հայ գերիներու ազատ արձակման պահանջքին սկզբունքային կէտերը ներառած էր։ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը իր գոհունակութիւնը յայտնեց, որ հայ քաղաքական կուսակցութիւնները ամսական հերթականութեամբ կը գումարեն խորհրդակցական հանդիպումներ՝ համայնքի խնդիրները միասնաբար քննարկելով։
Հայ կաթողիկէ եկեղեցւոյ պետ Ն.Ա.Տ. Ռաֆայէլ-Պետրոս ԻԱ. Հոգեւոր Տէրը անդրադարձաւ Վատիկանի մէջ հայկական գործօնին, Հայաստանի եւ ընդհանրապէս Լիբանանին ու քրիստոնեայ համայնքներուն վերաբերող աշխատանքներուն՝ շեշտելով Վատիկանի եկեղեցական շրջանակներուն եւ եւրոպական ու ասիակական ցամաքամասերուն մէջ հայ երեք հոգեւոր պետերուն միացեալ յայտարարութեան գտած լայն հնչեղութիւնը։ Հոգեւոր Տէրը կարեւոր նկատեց կրթական մարզին կազմակերպման եւ օժանդակութեան հարցը՝ Լիբանանի մէջ տիրող պայմաններու լոյսին տակ։
Հայ Աւետարանական Եկեղեցիներու Համաշխարհային Խորհուրդի նախագահ Վերապատուելի դոկտ․ Փօլ Հայտոսթեան զուգահեռ գծեց Արցախի եւ Լիբանանի նկատմամբ եկեղեցական շրջանակներուն ու միջազգային խորհրդաժողովներուն ցուցաբերած հետաքրքրութեան տարողութիւններուն միջեւ եւ կեդրոնացաւ Միջին Արեւելքի քրիստոնեայ ազգաբնակչութիւններուն նկատմամբ գոյութիւն ունեցող մօտեցումներուն վրայ։
Այնուհետեւ, յետ խորհրդակցութիւններու ու քննարկումներու, ժողովականները շեշտեցին.-
- Անհրաժեշտ է նոյն հետեւողականութեամբ եւ հերթականութեամբ շարունակել միասնական համակարգուած աշխատանքը՝ քննարկելու համար Լիբանանի հայ համայնքին դիմակայած անվտանգային, ընկերային ու տնտեսական դժուարութիւնները յաղթահարելու միջոցները։
- Հետզհետէ ահագնացող գաղթականական ալիքին դիմաց բարեսիրական կազմակերպութիւններու ճամբով շարունակել օժանդակութեան աշխատանքները։ Այս առումով ողջունելի է միջ-բարեսիրական խորհրդակցութիւններն ու անոնց տարած աշխատանքները հայահոծ թաղամասերու շրջակայքը հաստատուած գաղթականութեան կարիքներուն օժանդակելու։
- Առաջնահերթութիւն նկատել լիբանանահայ համայնքի կրթական ու միութենական կառոյցները՝ զանոնք նկատելով համասփիւռքեան առումով մարդուժի արտադրութեան կարեւորագոյն կեդրոնները։
- Խորհրդակցութեան հանդիպումի մանակիցները անյետաձգելի նկատելէ ետք զինադուլի հաստատումն ու նախագահի շուտափոյթ ընտրութիւնը, 22 Նոյեմբերին առիթով ողջունեցին Լիբանանի անկախութեան տօնը՝ շեշտելով Լիբանանի տարածքային ամբողջականութեան ու գերիշխանութեան պահպանման եւ այդ առաջադրանքներուն համար ներքին համերաշխութեան անհրաժեշտութիւնը»։
