«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

pravda.ru-ն «Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի դեմ երրորդ հայցն է ներկայացրել ՄՔԴ. ռուսական լավ ասացվածքն իրականանում է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ երբ Երևանը որոշեց միանալ Հռոմի կանոնադրությանը և ՄՔԴ-ին, բոլորն ակնկալում էին, որ հայցեր կներկայացվեն Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի «ռազմական հանցագործներին», այդ թվում՝ պետությունների ղեկավարներին ձերբակալելու համար: Իսկ պատճառներ, ի դեպ, եղել են, օրինակ՝ հայկական մշակութային ու կրոնական վայրերի ոչնչացումը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից հայերի զանգվածային արտագաղթը։ Բայց ժամանակ է անցել, և Հայաստանից ՄՔԴ հայցեր չեն ուղարկվել։ Նույնիսկ ավելի քան 120 հազար հայերի «բռնի տեղահանման» և «էթնիկ զտումների» հարցով ՄՔԴ հայցը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերից է, այլ ոչ թե Երևանից։
 
Իսկ Ադրբեջանն արդեն երրորդ հայցն է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի դեմ, ընդ որում՝ նոյեմբերին միանգամից երկուսն է ներկայացրել: Դրանցից վերջինը վերաբերում է «Հայաստանի կողմից էներգառեսուրսների առումով Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխան իրավունքների բազմաթիվ խախտումներին», նախորդը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և հարակից շրջաններում ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ «մարդու իրավունքների զանգվածային խախտումների», իսկ ավելի վաղ ներկայացվածը «վայրի բնության և ֆաունայի պաշտպանության» մասին է: Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչել է Հաագայի Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի իրավասությունը, որը, ինչպես հայտնի է, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի նկատմամբ կալանքի օրդեր է տվել։
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանն այլևս չի կարող ապավինել Մոսկվային որպես իր անվտանգության երաշխավոր, և խորհրդարանը վավերացրել է ՄՔԴ-ի հետ համաձայնագիրը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Մոսկվան էր, որ մինչև վերջ պնդեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին հատուկ միջազգային կարգավիճակ տալը, մինչև Հայաստանը չհրաժարվեց դրանից։ Մոսկվան Փաշինյանին առաջարկեց խնդրի լուծման մի քանի տարբերակ և զգուշացրեց, որ երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները կվատթարանան, բայց Փաշինյանը պնդեց իրենը և այժմ վճարելու է միլիարդավոր դոլարներ, որոնք վարկ է վերցնելու Արևմուտքից։ Կամ կա երկրորդ ելքը, այն է՝ դուրս գալ Հռոմի ստատուտից։ Այսպիսով, արդյո՞ք արժեր այնտեղ մտնել: Մեր առջև այն պատմության վերջն է, որի բարոյախոսությունն է՝ մի թքիր այն ջրհորի մեջ, որից կարող ես ջուր խմել: Եվ երկրորդը՝ Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է իր անկախության միակ երաշխավորից՝ Ռուսաստանից, և ցանկություն չկա անգամ գուշակել, թե ինչպե՞ս կհատուցի դրա համար։
