Մի խումբ արցախցիներ, հետևելով հասարակական գործիչ Լիաննա Պետրոսյանի ֆեյսբուքում արված գրառմանը, պատրաստվում են ակցիա կազմակերպել՝ վերականգնելու իրենց խախտված իրավունքները։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության վերջին նիստում նշել է, որ տեղահանվածները հաջորդ տարվա ապրիլից կզրկվեն սոցիալական աջակցությունից, և դրանից կօգտվեն միայն անչափահասներն ու 63 տարեկանից բարձր քաղաքացիները։
«Վերջին օրերի իրադարձություններն ու հաստատված որոշումները ցույց են տալիս, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հանձնառու չէ կատարել տեղահանված, փախստական դարձած մեր հայրենակիցների առջև իր պարտավորությունները։ Սոցիալական աջակցությունների աստիճանական նվազեցումն ու խոցելիության թիրախային խտրական մոտեցումը մեզնից շատերի համար ունենալու են ծանր ու անդառնալի հետեւանքներ»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Լիաննա Պետրոսյանը։
Բնակվարձի համար տրամադրվող աջակցությունը նվազագույնն է, որ կարող էր անել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բռնի տեղահանվածների համար, քանի դեռ բոլորը չեն ապահովվել սեփական տանիքով։
«Մոտ 150000 մարդ մի որոշումով ճանաչվել է փախստական, սակայն որոշում կայացնողն այսօր փաստացի հրաժարվում է կատարել փախստականների հանդեպ իրեն վերապահված պարտավորությունը։ Ես առաջարկել եմ մեր միասնական վճռական ձայնը բարձրացնել և արդարության ու մեր իրավունքների համար պայքարելու վերջին հնարավորությունն օգտագործել։ Խնդիրների մասին մենք ամեն օր խոսում ենք մեր հարցազրույցներում, բայց դա մնում է սոցիալական տիրույթում։ Սա ոչ թե անձերի, այլ համընդհանուր որոշելու հարց է»,- հավելեց հասարակական գործիչը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ այս նախաձեռնության հետևում չկա որևէ քաղաքական ուժ, նույնիսկ Արցախից։
Հանրահավաքի օրը դեռ որոշված չէ, դրա մասին կտեղեկացվի հավելյալ։ Ըստ նախաձեռնողի՝ այս ակցիան բոլոր տեղահանվածների հարցն է՝ անկախ համակրանքից կամ հակակրանքից, անկախ հայացքներից կամ մոտեցումներից:
