ՏԿԵ նորանշանակ նախարարը հետևել է Կոտայքի մարզում իրականացվող սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերի ընթացքին

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանն այսօր դիտարկել է նաև սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերով Կոտայքի մարզում իրականացվող մի շարք աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՏԿԵ նախարարությունից։
Նշվում է, որ նախարարի առաջին կանգառը եղել է Բուժական բնակավայրի մանկապրատեզը, որը 2023 թվականի սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի շրջանակներում հիմնանորգվել, բարեկարգվել և կահավորվել է: Մանկապարտեզը նախատեսված է 6 խմբի համար։ Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը 465 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ է, որից 30 տոկոսը համայնքի ֆինանսավորումն է, մնացած 70 տոկոսը՝ Կառավարության: Շինարարական աշխատանքներն ավարտված են։
Նախարար Խուդաթյանը հանձնարարել է մինչև մանկապարտեզի շահագործումը խստորեն հետևել գույքի պահպանմանը:
Հաջորդիվ նախարարը դիտարկել է 2023 թվականի սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի շրջանակներում «Զովունիի մանկապարտեզ» ՀՈԱԿ-ի ապաստարանի և նոր դահլիճի կառուցման աշխատանքները։ Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը 165 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ: Կրկին՝ 30 տոկոսը համայնքի և 70 տոկոսը՝ Կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ։ Աշխատանքներն ավարտական փուլում են։
Նախարարի այցի վերջին կանգառը 2024 թվականի սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի շրջանակներում Նաիրի համայնքի Պռոշյան, Զովունի, Եղվարդ, Զորավան, Արագյուղ, Սարալանջ և Բուժական բնակավայրերում իրականացվող ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքների շինհրապարակն էր։
Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը շուրջ 1 500 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ է: 65 տոկսը համայնքի, 35 տոկոսը՝ Կառավարության մասնաբաժինն է։ Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կասֆալտապատվեն շուրջ 15 կմ ճանապարհներ:
Նախարարը զրուցել է շինարարների և ոլորտի պատասխանատուների հետ, հանձնարարել է աշխատանքներն ավարտել օրացուցային գրաֆիկով սահմանված ժամկետներում և բարձր որակով:
