Նոյեմբերի 16-ին, ժամը 15-ին, Երևանի Հաշվառման-քննական բաժնում կաշառք տալու հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայությամբ ձերբակալվել և Երևան քաղաքի Էրեբունու բաժին է տեղափոխվել Հրազդանի բնակիչ 23-ամյա մի երիտասարդ։ Նա հայտնել է, որ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ «ՏիկՏոկ» սոցիալական ցանցում նկատել է գովազդ՝ 300 հազար դրամ գումարի դիմաց վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական արագ ձեռք բերելու վերաբերյալ։

Կանխամտածված կեղծ գովազդի զոհ դարձած քաղաքացին նոյեմբերի 19-ին, ոմն Ա․ Թևոսյան կեղծանունով տելեգրամյան ալիքի օգտատիրոջ հորդորով, Երևանի Սարյան 9 հասցեում գտնվող տերմինալներից մեկով նույն օգտատիրոջ տրամադրած կրիպտոարժույթի հաշվեհամարին, որպես կաշառք, վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական ստանալու համար փոխանցել է 285 հազար և 45 հազար դրամ։

«Նա ինձ զանգահարեց և ասաց, որ պետք է մոտենամ Սարյան 9 հասցե, որտեղ տեղակայված է բիթքոյնի տերմինալ: Ուղարկեցի 285 հազար դրամ: Չեկը նկարեցի և ուղարկեցի իրեն: Մի քանի րոպե հետո զանգահարեց և ասաց, որ իմ անունով ակտ կա, և 2-րդ անգամ փոխանցեցի 45 հազար դրամ: Հետո նա ինձ զանգահարեց և ասաց, որ մոտենամ Գաջի գործարան՝ ՄՌՈւ: Մտա վարորդական վկայական ստանալու սենյակ, և ինձ ասացին, որ իմ անունով վարորդական չկա»,-իր խոսքում նշել է 23-ամյա երիտասարդը:

Մինչ Համայնքային ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին ներկայացվելը՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդը տելեգրամյան օգտատիրոջից ստացել է վերջին հաղորդագրությունը․«Դուք կորցրեցիք ձեր գումարը: Ես անհայտ խարդախ եմ և գտնվում եմ Վրաստանում, եթե դիմեք ոստիկանություն, դուք կունենաք լուրջ խնդիրներ օրենքի հետ կապված և ինձ չեք կարող բացահայտել: Եթե փորձեք ինձ վիրավորական ինչ-որ բառ գրել, ես ունեմ ձեր տվյալները: Նաև տեղեկացնեմ, որ ձեր գումարը արդեն Վրաստանում է»:

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ տելեգրամյան օգտատիրոջ տվյալները պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու և վարույթ իրականացնող մարմին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
