Նովգորոդի մարզի Իվանովո փոքրիկ գյուղակը մեծ գաղտնիք է թաքցնում, խորհրդավոր եւ կրիմինալ մի պատմություն: Տարվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ գյուղում հայտնվում են անծանոթ մարդիկ, ովքեր մի քանի ամսից խորհրդավոր կերպով անհետանում են: Նրանց բոլորի ժամանակավոր կացարանը տեղացիներին շատ հայտնի «երկնագույն տնակն» է, որն այդպես է կոչվում իր գույնի համար: Այս տնակի մասին բոլորը խոսում են մեծ զգուշավորությամբ, խուսափում են կողքով անցնելիս նայել՝ վախենալով, որ երկնագույն տնակի տերերին դա դուր չի գա: Իսկ ովքե՞ր են նրանք՝ այդ «տերերը», ովքե՞ր են անսպասելիորեն հայտնվում եւ կորչում:

Իվանովոյի բնակիչները պատմում են, որ արդեն որերորդ տարին այս տունը ծառայում է մի խումբ հանցագործների մութ գործարքներին: Նրանք մեծ քաղաքներից սուտ խոստումներով այստեղ են բերում մարդկանց` հիմնականում տղամարդկանց, ովքեր միայնակ են ապրում եւ ունեն սեփական բնակարանը՝ նախօրոք առաջարկելով աշխատանք գյուղում եւ ամուսնություն ինչ-որ կնոջ հետ: Սովորաբար հանցագործները գտնում են որեւէ կնոջ, որը 1-2 տարի աշխատում է նրանց համար, մի փոքր վարձատրվում, փոխարենը մի քանի ամսով ամուսնանում հերթական զոհի հետ: Վերջինս բանդայի ձեռքով անհետանում է, իսկ բնակարանը, որ մինչ այդ հասցնում են կեղծ փաստաթղթերի միջոցով գրանցել կնոջ անունով, հանվում է վաճառքի:

Այսպիսով, անհայտ ծագմամբ բանդան մարդկային կյանքերի շնորհիվ միլիոններ է վաստակում: Իվանովոյի բնակիչների ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ բանդայի ղեկավարները կովկասցիներ են, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հայեր ու ադրբեջանցիներ: Գյուղացիների համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ ավազակախմբի գործունեության մասին քաջատեղյակ է ՌԴ ոստիկանությունը, որը գործարքից ստանում է իր բաժին գումարն այնպես, ինչպես պետական այլ օղակներ, որոնց հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում կեղծ փաստաթղթեր են ձեւակերպվում:

Ինձ էլ խորհուրդ են տալիս տնակի վրա ուշադրություն չդարձնել, ցույց չտալ, որ այնտեղ կատարվողն ինձ հետաքրքրում է, առավելեւս, որ այդ պատմությունը լսել եմ գյուղացներից, այլապես հետապնդումներ կլինեն թե՛ իմ, թե՛ նրանց նկատմամբ:

Մի առավոտ Իվանովոյի կենտրոնում կովկասյան երաժշտություն էր հնչում: Երկնագույն տնակի մոտ կանգնած ավտոմեքենայից լսվում էին ադրբեջանական երգի կլկլոցներ, իսկ երիտասարդ ադրբեջանցիների հայացքներից էլ կարելի էր հասկանալ, որ նրանք տեղացիներին շատ լավ են ճանաչում, եւ ես նրանց համար կասկածելի մեկն էի: Այդ օրը նույն ավտոմեքենան գյուղի փողոցներով մի քանի պտույտ գործեց: Գյուղացիները եզրակացրեցին, որ նրանց անհանգստացնում է անծանոթ մարդու ներկայությունը: Նրանք նաեւ ասացին, որ երեւի թե հերթական զոհի անհետանալու ժամանակն է:

Ի դեպ, անհետանում են նաեւ այն կանայք, ովքեր արդեն մի քանի անգամ ծառայել են բանդայի շահերին: Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ էլ մի նորեկի ազերիները կապել են ավտոմեքենայից եւ քաշ տվել ողջ գյուղով մեկ: Դրանից հետո գյուղում ոչ ոք նրան չի տեսել: Այս պատմությունը շատերին կարող է թվալ անհավանական, սակայն ամբողջությամբ իրականություն է: Կա այդպիսի բանդա, որ զբաղվում է բնակարանների բիզնեսով՝ զոհաբերելով անմեղ մարդկանց: Եւ այդ բանդայի վերեւները, ոչ պաշտոնական աղբյուրների համաձայն, Մոսկվայում եւ Պետերբուրգում ապրող հայեր եւ ադրբեջանցիներ են:
