Կիրանցի դպրոցում ջեռուցում չկա․ Կարեն Ղազարյան (տեսանյութ)

Կիրանցում շատ խնդիրներ կան, բայց այս պահին գլխավոր խնդիրը դպրոցի ջեռուցումն է։  Թշնամու հետ վերջերս կիսած Կիրանց գյուղի միակ դպրոցը չունի ջեռուցում։ Երեխաները մի քանի շերտ հագնված են դպրոց գնում, որ չհիվանդանան։ 

Հիշեցնենք՝ Տավուշի սահմանամերձ Կիրանց գյուղի դպրոցը բացվել է մոտ 2,5 ամիս առաջ։ Փաշինյանը չի բացառել, որ այն կդառնա սահմանապահ զորքի կեցավայր։  

Այստեղից սկսված սահմանազատման հետևանքով դպրոցը հայտվել է նոր գծած սահմանի պռնկին, որի հեռավորությունը սահմանից ընդամենը 20 մետր է։

«Ձեռուցման բացակայության պատճառաբանությունը, ըստ տեղի պաշտոնյայի, խափանման հետևանքով է»,– ասաց Աճարկուտի ավագանու նախկին անդամ Կարեն Ղազարյանը։ 

Այն հարցին, թե աշակերտներն ինչպես են դիմանում ցրտին և դասապրոցեսն ինչպես է ընթանում, Ղազարյանը պատասխանեց․ «Աշակերտները տանը տաք շորեր են հագնում, որպեսզի չմրսեն։ Դասապրոցեսն իրակացվում է, քանի որ անցած ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին, երբ դպրոցը հայտարարեց դասադուլ, գործադուլ, մարզպետարանի պաշտոնյաներից կրթության վարչության պետը հրավիրել էր դպրոցի տնօրինությանը ու  խիստ հանձնարարական տվել՝  եթե երեխաները  կամ ուսուցիչները փորձեն դասադուլ կամ գործադուլ անեն, աշխատանքից և առհասարակ պաշտոնից կզրկվեն»։

Այդ օրհասական պահին, եթե դասապրոցեսն իրականցվել է, նրա կարծիքով, ցուրտն այդքան էլ մեծ բան չի, որ դասերը չիրականացվեն։  

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 1–ին, դպրոցի բացման ժամանակ տնօրենը երկու ձեռքով է բարևել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, սակայն 2 ամիս անց դպրոցը կանգնած է լուրջ խնդրի առաջ․ «Չգիտեմ՝ ինչու, տնօրենը տենց բարևեց, բայց տնօրենը նաև վստահեցնում էր, որ Հայաստանի ամենաանվտանգ դպրոցներից  մեկն է, ոչ մի խնդիր չի լինելու թե՛ սահմանային, թե՛ կազմակերպչական առումով, բայց փաստացի այսօր դպրոցում ջեռուցում չկա»- ասաց Ղազարյանը։ 

Բանախոսը նաև նշեց, որ օրեր առաջ վստահեցրել են, թե դա օրերի խնդիր է և կլուծվի։  «Խնդիրը, սակայն, մինչ այսօր լուծված չէ»,- հավելեց Կարեն Ղազարյանը։
