Ձնաբուք և դժվարանցանելի ճանապարհներ՝ Շիրակի մարզում

Արդեն մի քանի ժամ լարված իրավիճակում են աշխատում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Շիրակի մարզի պարեկներն ու ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Ախուրյանի հրշեջ փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղացած ձյան ու ուժեղ բքի պատճառով Քեթի-Մայիսյան ավտոճանապարհը դարձել է դժվարանցանելի։ Կցորդիչով մի քանի բեռնատարների տեղաշարժը ելնելով վարորդների անվտանգությունից պարեկները դադարեցրել են իսկ 1 կցորդիչով բեռնատար, որը ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած մկրատաձև փակել է ճանապարհը փրկարարների, պարեկների և նրանց միացած ճանապարհն սպասարկող ճանշինի աշխատակիցների հետ փորձում են դուրս բերել։
Արդեն մի քանի օր է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ն, ոստիկանությունն ու փրկարար ծառայությունը հորդորում են վարորդներին, որպեսզի երթևեկեն բացառապես ձմեռային անվադողերով, սակայն որոշ վայ վարորդներ հույսները դնում են իրենց «քյաչալ» անվադողերի վրա ու դիմելով մեծ ռիսկի հայտնվում են անելանելի վիճակում ու այդ ժամանակ հիշում են փրկարարներին ու պարեկներին։ Վերջիններս էլ, ինչպես հիմա Քեթիի ոլորաններում, օգնության են հասնում փրկարարներն ու պարեկները։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր արդեն ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության պետ, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը Շիրակի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերի գումարտակների հրամանատարներին փոխանցել է ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանի հանձնարարականները, որ պարեկները ելնելով եղանակի անբարենպաստ պայմաններից հաճախակի ծառայություն իրականացնեն այն հատվածներում, որտեղ առկա է մերկասառույց, ձյուն և բուք։
