Ձմեռային անվադողերի բացակայության դեպքում վարորդները որքա՞ն ու երբվանի՞ց կտուգանվեն

Մի քանի օր է, Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում, նաև մայրաքաղաքում ձյուն է տեղում։ Նոյեմբերը իր տեղը կամաց-կամաց զիջում է ձմռանը:

Վարորդներին, ինչպես միշտ, խորհուրդ է տրվում երթևեկել բացառապես ձմեռային անվադողերով, սակայն հայտնի է, որ ոչ բոլոր վարորդներն են բարեխիղճ, ինչի հետևանքով վտանգում են ոչ միայն իրենց, այլև այլ անձանց առողջությունն ու կյանքը:

MediaHub-ը տեղեկացավ, որ առաջիկայում պարեկները արդեն սկսելու են տուգանել այն վարորդներին, որոնք ձմռանը կերթևեկեն ոչ ձմեռային անվադողերով: Ասել է թե՝ հորդորներից անցնելու են գործի:

«Տուգանքը մի կողմ, բայց ձմեռային անվադողերով ավելի ապահով եք և՛ Դուք, և՛ Ձեր ուղևորները, և՛ մյուս մեքենաները, և՛ նաև անցորդները։ Դրա համար ես կողմ եմ, որ տուգանեն ամառային անվադողերով մեքենաների վարորդներին»,- գրել է վարորդներից մեկը ֆեյսբուքյան խմբերից մեկում: Սակայն, ոչ բոլորն են համաձայն նրա այս տեսակետի հետ:

ՆԳՆ-ից MediaHub-ին տեղեկացրեցին, որ դեռևս այդպիսի տուգանք չկա, սակայն, դեռ 24.12.2019թ․–ին  այս նախագիծը ներկայացվել էր ԱԺ։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում է վարչական պատասխանատվություն սահմանել այն վարորդների նկատմամբ, ով խախտել է նախագծով սահմանված պարտադիր դրույթները: Մասնավորապես` դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչեւ մարտի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում եթե վարորդը երթևեկում է ամառային անվադողերով, ապա ենթարկվելու է տույժի 20.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցը տեղափոխվելու է հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք: Վերոհիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում եթե վարորդը երթևեկում է առանց միացված մոտակա լուսային լապտերների ենթարկվելու է տույժի 5.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով:

MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց նաև ՏԿԵ նախարարության հետ, հասկանալու նախագծի ճակատագիրը՝ այն ընդունվե՞լ է, թե՞ ոչ, երբվանի՞ց են կիրառվելու։

Նախարարությունից մեզ հայտնեցին, որ նախագիծը կընդունվի առաջիկա օրերին։ 

Ստացվում է, որ արդեն այս ձմեռ ՀՀ վարորդները նոր դժգոհության առիթ են ունենալու՝ եթե երթևեկեն ամառային անվադողերով, ապա կենթարկվեն 20.000 դրամով, վատագույն սցենարի դեպքում էլ տրանսպորտային միջոցը կտեղափոխվի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք։
