ՄԻՊ-ն ընդունել է Հավասար իրավունքների պաշտպանություն հիմնադրամի տնօրենին

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը նոյեմբերի 27-ին ընդունել է Equal Right Trust (Հավասար իրավունքների պաշտպանություն) հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Ջիմ Ֆիցջերալդին և հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Էվելին Քոլինսին։
Հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել Ժողովրդավարության զարգացման հիմնադրամի ու Խտրականության դեմ պայքարի և հանուն հավասարության կոալիցիայի համատեղ նախաձեռնությամբ։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատանքի կարևոր ուղղությունները, որոնք ի թիվս այլնի ներառում են իրավահավասարության երաշխավորումն ու խտրականության դեմ պայքարը։ Ոլորտում տարվող աշխատանքների շրջանակներում Պաշտպանն անդրադարձել է տարբեր խումբ անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության կարևորությանը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել «Իրավահավասարության ապահովման և խտրականությունից պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքի և հարակից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին, դրանով նախատեսվելիք կառուցակարգերին ու օրենսդրական մակարդակում իրավահավասարության երաշխավորմանն ուղղված անհրաժեշտ չափանիշների ու կարգավորումների ներդրմանը։ Նշվածի շրջանակներում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ներկայացրել է, ի թիվս այլնի, փաթեթի վերաբերյալ իրավասու մարմնին ներկայացված գրավոր կարծիքում արտահայտված դիրքորոշումներն ու աշխատանքային քննարկումների արդյունքները։
Զրուցակիցները շեշտադրել են օրենսդրական փաթեթի պատշաճ կիրարկման ու իրավահավասարության մանդատի արդյունավետ իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ ու բավարար ռեսուրսներով ՄԻՊ ապահովման հարցը՝ ուղղված ինչպես բավարար թվով աշխատակիցների առկայութանը, նրանց պատշաճ վարձատրությանը, շենքային անհրաժեշտ պայմանների երաշխավորմանը, այնպես էլ համապատասխան կրթական ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունն ապահովելուն։
Անահիտ Մանասյանն իրավահավասարության սկզբունքի երաշխավորման համատեքստում ընդգծել է ինչպես օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների շուտափույթ ընդունման ու հակախտրականության գործիքների հրատապ ներդրման, այնպես էլ հասարակության բոլոր շերտերում գոյություն ունեցող կարծրատիպերի հաղթահարման ու ոլորտում կրթական աշխատանքների իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը։
