«Կրկին շրջանառության մեջ Է դրվել գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանի հոր՝ Սուրիկ Կոստանյանի անունը Ռուսաստանի Հարավային դաշնային տարածաշրջանում, այդ թվում՝ Դոնի Ռոստովում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսի պաշտոնի համար։ Հիշեցնենք, որ գլխավոր դատախազի հայրը Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահն Էր, այդ պաշտոնից նա ազատվել Է ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ։ Դեռ այդ ժամանակ լրատվամիջոցներում գրվել Էր, որ Սուրիկ Կոստանյանը նշանակվելու Է Դոնի Ռոստովում ՀՀ հյուպատոս։ Այժմ, երբ ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Արարատ Գոմցյանին հետ են կանչել հյուպատոսի պաշտոնից, կրկին ակտիվացել են Կոստանյանի նշանակման մասին խոսակցությունները։ Փորձեցինք լուրերի իսկությունը պարզել գլխավոր դատախազի հորից։

«Իմիջիայլոց, ինձ համար դա անակնկալ նորություն Էր, ես բամբասանքներին չեմ հավատում ու խորհուրդ Էլ չեմ տալիս, որ դուք հավատաք»,– ասաց նա։ Կոստանյանն իրավաբանական ծառայության գրասենյակ ունի, այժմ զբաղվում Է այդ գործերով։ «Ինչի՞ արմատախիլ լինեմ, ով ինչ ցանկանում Է, գրում Է, դա բացառված Է, ու ինձ համար տհաճ տեղեկություններ են, կարծում եմ՝ դուք Էլ լուրջ կլինեք ու չեք անդրադառնա դրան»։ Դիտարկմանը՝ միթե հյուպատոս նշանակվելու մասին տեղեկությունները կստող են տհաճ լինել կամ անլուրջ։ Սուրիկ Կոստանյանը պարզաբանեց, որ կեղծ լուրերը միշտ Էլ տհաճ են եղել, քանի որ դրանց հիմքում օդ է. ոչինչ չկա։ «Եթե նման առաջարկություն լիներ, ես անկեղծորեն կասեի՝ կա նման առաջարկություն, համաձայնել եմ կամ ոչ։ Նման զրույց իմ հետ չի եղել, նախկինում ինչ ասես գրել են, ու ես չեմ կարող ասել՝ իրականում նման բան կլինի, թե ոչ»»,–գրում է թերթը։
