Նոյեմբերի 5-ին զենքի, ռազմամթերքի առգրավման դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ժամը 23։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի Ջրային վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները ծառայության ընթացքում Փամբակ գյուղում նկատել է 2 անձի, որոնց մոտ եղել է 2 հատ որսորդական հրացան, ովքեր չեն ներկայացրել համապատասխան փաստաթղթեր:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ստուգման նպատակով պարեկները մոտեցել են վերջիններիս և պարզել, որ քաղաքացիներից մեկը Կոտայքի մարզում հաշվառված, սակայն Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերից մեկում բնակվող 23-ամյա Գոռ Ն․-ն է, իսկ մյուսը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Մելիք Ա․-ն։
Նրանց մոտ եղած հրացանների օրինականությունը, թույլատվության ժամկետները և վերջիններիս կողմից զենք պահելու և կրելու թույլատվությունը ստուգելու նպատակով տեղափոխվել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Վարդենիսի բաժին, որտեղ էլ պարզվել է, որ Գոռ Ն․-ի կողմից ներկայացված մեկ հատ 16 մմ տ/չ, երկփողանի, ողորկափող հրացանը պատկանել է իր հանգուցյալ պապին, իսկ Մելիք Ա․-ի կողմից ներկայացված մեկ հատ 16 մմ տ/չ, մեկփողանի, ողորկափող հրացանը պատկանում է իր պապիկին։ Վերջիններս ոստիկաններին են ներկայացրել նաև թվով 14 հատ 16 մմ տ/չ հրացանի փամփուշտներ:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժին:
