Ժնեւում ՄԱԿ-ի աջակցությամբ մեկնարկում են միջսիրիական բանակցությունները

Ժնեւում հունվարի 29-ին մեկնարկում են Սիրիայի կառավարության եւ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների բանակցությունները, որոնք կոչված են ելք գտնել արյունալի հակամարտությունից, որը շուտով կնշի տխրալի հինգերորդ տարելիցը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Հանդիպումը մեկնարկում է կատարյալ անորոշության պայմաններում, երբ հստակ չԷ, թե ովքեր են դրան մասնակցելու, ինչը, ինչպես երեւում է, առանձնապես չի զարմացնում ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Սիրիայի խնդրով հատուկ պատվիրակ Ստաֆան դե Միստուրային: Նա ի սկզբանե չէր խոստանում, որ բանակցությունները դյուրին են լինելու: Դրա համար էլ երկար սպասված հանդիպումը սկսվում է անուղղակի բանակցությունների միջոցով եւ սկզբնական փուլում կտեւի երկու-երեք շաբաթ, իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ առնվազն կես տարի:
Բայցեւայնպես, դե Միստուրան խոստացել է Սիրիայի ժողովրդին, որ այս բանակցությունները չեն ավարտվի նույնպիսի ձախողմամբ, ինչ եւ 2012 թվականի «Ժնեւ-1»-ը եւ 2014 թվականի «Ժնեւ-2»-ը:
Չնայած այն բանին, որ դե Միստուրան բանակցությունների հնարավոր մասնակիցներին հրավիրագրեր էր ուղարկել տակավին հունվարի 22-ին, մինչ այժմ պարզ չէ, թե հունվարի 29-ին ովքեր են գալու Ժնեւ եւ, եթե ընդհանրապես գալու են, ապա՝ որ փուլում: Այսպես, մինչ այժմ պահպանվում է ինտրիգը Էր Ռիադի կողմից աջակցվող Բանակցությունների գծով բարձրագույն կոմիտեի մասնակցության կապակցությամբ, որի անդամներն առայժմ չեն որոշել՝ ժամանել Շվեյցարիա, թե ոչ: Նրանք արդեն մի քանի օր է՝ նիստեր են գումարում Սաուդյան Արաբիայի մայրաքաղաքում եւ փորձում են լուծել այդ հարցը:
Չնայած հանդիպմանն առանց նախապայմանների մասնակցելու ինչպես ՄԱԿ-ի, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի եւ Միացյալ Նահանգների կոչերին, նրանք համաձայն չեն ժամանել բանակցություններին, քանի դեռ չեն կատարվել ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին ընդունած 2254 բանաձեւի դրույթները:
Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել ՏԱՍՍ-ին, հրավերներ են ստացել նաեւ այսպես կոչված չափավոր ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք բանակցություններին մասնակցելու են որպես առանձին պատվիրակություն: Այսպես, Ժնեւում սպասում են Սիրիայի Հանուն վերափոխումների եւ ազատագրման ժողովրդական ճակատի ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչ եւ երկրի նախկին վարչապետ Կադրի Ջամիլին, ինչպես նաեւ ընդդիմադիր Սիրիայի դեմոկրատական խորհրդի համանախագահ Հայսամ Մանաային: Հրավեր է ուղարկվել նաեւ Սիրիայի կառավարությանը: Պաշտոնական Դամասկոսի պատվիրակությունը, ինչպես սպասվում է, կգ լխավորի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վալիդ Մուալեմը:
