Ովքեր են ձմեռային զորակոչին զինծառայությունից ստանալու տարկետում
SOCIETYՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
Հայաստանի կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 2024 թվականի ձմեռային զորակոչի շրջանակներում տարկետում տրամադրել կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում նշանակալի նվաճումներ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին՝ ապահովելու նրանց կրթության շարունակականությունն ու զարգացման հնարավորությունը։
Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության կողմից հաստատված չափանիշներով տարկետում կարող են ստանալ՝
1․ Բակալավրիատի ծրագրով սովորողներ կամ դիմորդներ, որոնք ունեն՝
Միջազգային առարկայական օլիմպիադաներում ստացած մեդալներ (ոսկե, արծաթե, բրոնզե),
Հայոց լեզու, գրականություն կամ պատմություն առարկաների հանրապետական օլիմպիադայում գրաված առաջին տեղ։
2․ Մագիստրատուրայի և ասպիրանտուրայի ծրագրերով սովորողներ կամ դիմորդներ, ովքեր ունեն միջին որակական գնահատականի 80%-ից ավելի ցուցանիշ, ինչպես նաև՝ Միջազգային գիտական շտեմարաններում հրապարակված հոդվածներ, Հայաստանի բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի ցանկում ընդգրկված ամսագրերում տպագրված աշխատանքներ։
3․ Աշխարհի լավագույն բուհերում սովորողներ կամ դիմորդներ, որոնք ընդգրկված են Academic Ranking of World Universities-ի առաջին հնգյակում՝ համապատասխան կրթաթոշակներով։
Կառավարության այս որոշումը ուղղված է կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում նշանակալի նվաճումներ ունեցող քաղաքացիների աջակցմանը՝ հնարավորություն տալով նրանց շարունակել ուսումնառությունն առանց զինվորական ծառայությունից ընդհատվելու։ Այն նաև խթանում է երիտասարդ գիտնականների և մասնագետների մասնակցությունը միջազգային կրթական ու գիտական հարթակներում։
Նախագծի ընդունմամբ պետական բյուջեում ծախսերի կամ եկամուտների փոփոխություն չի նախատեսվում։ Այն համապատասխանում է «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի դրույթներին։
Կառավարության որոշմամբ տարկետումները կտրվեն ուսումնառության ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածի համար, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան մինչև 27 տարին լրանալը։
