Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Կոմի Հանրապետության Սիկտիվկար քաղաքում անցկացվել են 3-րդ երիտասարդական բաց արկտիկական և ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների 18-րդ երիտասարդական դելփյան խաղերը՝ 10 անվանակարգերում:

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության աջակցությամբ և Հայկական ազգային դելփյան կոմիտեի (ՀԱԴԿ) մասնագիտական ընտրությամբ խաղերին մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը՝ 6 մասնակցով՝ դաշնամուր, ջութակ, ժողովրդական նվագարաններ և կերպարվեստ անվանակարգերում: ՀՀ պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված են նաև Հայկական ազգային դելփյան կոմիտեի (ՀԱԴԿ) նախագահ Ալեքսան Զաքյանն ու 2 նվագակցող:

Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչները 3-րդ երիտասարդական բաց արկտիկական դելփյան խաղերում նվաճել են 2 ոսկե և 2 արծաթե մեդալներ, 2 դիպլոմ.

ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների 18-րդ երիտասարդական դելփյան խաղերի թիմային հաշվարկով ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը զբաղեցրել է երկրորդ հորիզոնականը:

Խաղերին մասնակցել են շուրջ 600 տաղանդավոր պատանիներ և երիտասարդներ 13 պետություններից՝ ԱՊՀ անդամ պետություններից, ինչպես նաև ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի և ՇՀԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներ: Հանդես են եկել Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի, Տաջիկստանի, Ուզբեկստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Չինաստանի, Հնդկաստանի, Եգիպտոսի, Իրանի և Բենինի պատվիրակությունները։
