ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն ընդլայնել է հաճախորդների սպասարկման «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտիների ցանցը

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը ևս վեց մասնաճյուղերում բացել է նոր «Պրիվիլեգիա» գոտիներ՝ հաճախորդների անհատական սպասարկման համար, երկուսը` Երևանում, ինչպես նաև` Վանաձորում, Արտաշատում, Աբովյանում և Կապանում։
«Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթի օգտատերերի համար բանկի մասնաճյուղերում նախատեսված է առանձնացված գոտի, որտեղ կարելի է կատարել բանկային բոլոր գործառնությունները՝ ձևակերպել վարկ կամ ավանդ, բացել հաշիվ կամ քարտ, ներբեռնել առցանց ծառայություններ և այլն:
«Անցյալ տարվա վերջին մենք մեկնարկեցինք բանկի մասնաճյուղերում առանձնացված գոտիների ստեղծման պիլոտային ծրագիրը, որը պայմանավորված էր հաճախորդների՝ անհատական սպասարկում, առավելագույն հարմարավետություն և գաղտնիություն ստանալու հետաքրքրվածությամբ և ցանկությամբ: Ծառայության շնորհիվ ներգրավված միջոցների պորտֆելը, որը ձևավորվում է նաև բարձր եկամուտներ ունեցող հաճախորդների կողմից, վերջին 4 եռամսյակների ընթացքում աճել է 14%-ով։ Հաջորդ տարի մենք կշարունակենք բացել նմանատիպ առանձնացված գոտիներ բանկի այլ մասնաճյուղերում»,- մեկնաբանել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի - Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։
«Պրիվիլեգիա» փաթեթի օգտատեր դառնալու համար պետք է ներդնել բանկային ավանդ՝ նվազագույնը 4 մլն ՀՀ դրամ կամ կամ համարժեք արտարժույթով գումարի չափով` առնվազն 6 ամիս ժամկետով: Ծառայությունը նախատեսում է նաև հաճախորդի ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկի անվճար սպասարկում:
