ՆԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են․

«Նոյեմբերի 24-ի առավոտյան Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն էր զանգել Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ գյուղի բնակիչ մի անհատ ձեռներեց: Նա հայտնել էր, որ գիշերը տեխնիկական միջոցի գործադրմամբ բացել են մթերային խանութի պատուհանը, գողացել դրամարկղի փողն ու ծխախոտ, նաև կոտրել են վճարային տերմինալն ու տարել գումարը:

Հաղորդումը փոխանցվեց Համայնքային ոստիկանության Վեդիի բաժին, որտեղից մեկնեց օպերատիվ խումբ: Նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, իրականացվեցին անհետաձգելի միջոցառումներ, և օրեր անց Վեդիի համայնքային ոստիկանները ստացան օպերատիվ տեղեկություն:

Նոյեմբերի 29-ին, ժամը 19.35-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Անդրանիկի փողոցում, գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալվեցին Երևանի նույն հասցեում հաշվառված 22 և 32 տարեկան երկու տղամարդիկ և, վերջինիս վարած «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ, տեղափոխեցին Վեդիի բաժին:

Ըստ հավաստի տվյալների` Լուսառատ գյուղի խանութից գողությունը կատարել էին 22-ամյա երևանցին, Արարատ քաղաքի բնակիչ 26-ամյա երիտասարդն ու մի երրորդ անձ, որի ինքնությունը դեռ պարզվում է: Գողությունը կատարվել էր «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի վերոհիշյալ մեքենայով, որը վարել էր ինքնությունը չպարզված մեկ այլ անձ:

Մեքենան տեղափոխվեց Վեդիի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Հետագա միջոցառումներն իրականացվեցին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողներին հետ: Պարզվեց, որ նոյեմբերի 23-ին նույն երեք հոգով, այս անգամ արդեն «Հյունդայի» մակնիշի մեքենայով, գողություն են կատարել Արագածոտնի մարզի Նոր Եդեսիա գյուղում գտնվող մի խանութից: Այստեղ էլ կոտրել ու տարել էին վճարային տերմինալի փողը, իսկ խանութից` տարատեսակ ծխախոտներ ու գումար: «Հյունդային» տեղափոխվեց Աշտարակի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ երրորդ անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան և Արարատ քաղաքի 26-ամյա բնակչին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

22-ամյա երևանցին ներկայացվել է Վեդիի քննչական բաժին: Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են»:
