Մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը, դայակը, դաստիարակը հարցաքննվել են․ 4-ամյա երեխայի ողբերգական դեպքի հետքերով

ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկություների համաձայն՝ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի 28 մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Հեղինե Հովհաննիսյանը, 4-ամյա երեխայի դաստիարակը, դայակը հարցաքննվել են: Նախաքննական մարմինը քննչական գործողություներ է իրականացրել մանկապարտեզում:
ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Երևանում 4-ամյա երեխայի մահվան դեպքով այս պահին իրավապահները սպասում են դատաբժշկի պատասխանին, որ հասկանան, թե երեխայի մահը ինչից է վրա հասել: Սակայն նախնական տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ մանկապարտեզի անձնակազմը իրավապահներին ասել է, որ երեխան ուշագնաց է եղել, որից հետո նրան շտապ հասցրել են հիվանդանոց: Իսկ թե ինչու է ուշագնաց եղել, կամ ինչ է կատարվել, այս ամենի վերջնական պատասխանը կարող է տալ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, առեղծվածային ու ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 11:40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարաության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոն երեխա է տեղափոխվել, ով մահացել է:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են ժամանել ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանն ու բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Մամիկոնյանը:
Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ երեխան աղջիկ է՝ 4 տարեկան, ով շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենայով նշված բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ՝ Կիևյան 5 հասցեում գործող թիվ 28 մանկապարտեզից:
Դեպքի փաստով «սպանութուն» հատկանիշներով Արաբկիրի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
4-ամյա երեխայի դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։ Այս մասին ArmLur.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ից։ ՆԳՆ-ից հայտնել են նաև, որ ըստ իրենց հասած տեղեկությունների` երեխան վերջին շրջանում վատառողջ է եղել, հրաժարվել է սննդից։
