ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
Չինացի կենսաքիմիկոսները E16-uPA24 կոչվող միացություն են մշակել, որն ի վիճակի է դիմակայել բջջային ծերացմանը: Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Nature Aging բժշկագիտական հանդեսում:
E16-uPA24-ը տարբերվում է թունավոր ռեակցիաների միջոցով ընտրողաբար ծերացող բջիջների ոչնչացումը նախաձեռնող ավանդական սենոլիտիկաներից (senolytic): Նման դեղամիջոցների օգտագործումը կարող է հանգեցնել բորբոքման և իմունային համակարգի ճնշման: Ի տարբերություն դրանց, E16-uPA24-ն ակտիվացնում է բնածին իմունային համակարգը «բջջային երիտասարդացման» համար՝ կողմնակի ազդեցությունները հասցնելով նվազագույնի:
Փորձերի ընթացքում չինացի գիտնականներն ուշադրություն են դարձրել իմունային համակարգի ակտիվացման գործում առանցքային դեր խաղացող մոլեկուլներին՝ գլուտամատներին։ Տարիքի հետ դրանց թիվը նվազում է, ինչը կապված է հյուսվածքների և օրգանների ծերացման առաջընթացի հետ։ Օգտագործելով այս տվյալները՝ գիտնականները E16-uPA24 մոլեկուլին «սովորեցրել» են ՝ գլուտամատների օգնությամբ նշելու հատուկ ընկալիչները ծերացող բջիջների վրա, որոնք իմունային համակարգը պետք է ոչնչացնի:
Մկների վրա կատարված փորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ տարեց կենդանիների շրջանում մոլեկուլի ընդունումը խթանում է հին բջիջների ոչնչացման համար պատասխանատու NK բջիջների ակտիվությունը: Դա հանգեցրել է ֆիզիկական պատրաստվածության բարելավմանը, կենդանիների ուժի և տոկունության բարձրացմանը: Երիտասարդ առանձնյակների շրջանում E16-uPA24-ի օգտագործումը դանդաղեցրել է ֆիբրոզի զարգացումը լյարդում և թոքերում:
Հետազոտողները հավելել են, որ E16-uPA24 մոլեկուլն ընդունակ է միաժամանակ ակտիվացնել իմունային համակարգը՝ պայքարելու համար ուռուցքային բջիջների դեմ, ինչը այս միացության օգտագործման հեռանկարներ է բացում է ոչ միայն ծերացումը դանդաղեցնելու, այլև չարորակ ուռուցքների բուժման համար:
