Հովիկ Աղազարյանի հեռախոսը իմ սեղանին չի հայտնվել. վարչապետ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ազգային ժողովում Կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հերքեց շրջանառվող լուրերը, թե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունից հեռացված պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանի հեռախոսը հայտնվել է իր սեղանին և այնտեղից անձնական բնույթի տեղեկություններ են հասանելի դարձել իրեն:
Այս մասին վարչապետն ասաց՝ պատասխանելով «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ագնեսա Խամոյանի դիտարկմանը, թե քննիչը հեռախոսը փոխանցել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
«Աղազարյանի հեռախոսը քրեական գործի շրջանակներում առգրավվել է անկախ մարմնի կողմից, և օրենքով սահմանված կարգով համապատասխան բոլոր ընթացակարգերը և թույլտվությունը ունենալով՝ բոլորովին ուրիշ գործով քննչական հանձնարական է տրվել մեկ այլ մարմնի, որը այնքան էլ անկախ չէ, և երբ որ այդ մարմինը քննչական հանձնարականը կատարելու ընթացքում բախվել է կամ հանդիպել է տեղեկությունների, որոնք պարունակում են պետական անվտանգության սպառնալիքներ, այդ պարագայում այդ մարմինը պարտավոր էր իր գործառույթների շրջանակում կատարել աշխատանք և զեկուցել իր վերադասին, տվյալ դեպքում՝ ՀՀ վարչապետին»,- պարզաբանեց Կառավարության ղեկավարը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց՝ ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնը պետք է գտնի լծակներ նման կարմիր գծեր հատած պատգամավորին ժողովրդի տված մանդատից զրկելու համար. «Բոլոր օրինական միջոցները կձեռնարկվեն այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ո՞ր օրենսդրության շրջանակներում է պատգամավորի հեռախոսը հայտնվել քննիչի, հետո վարչապետի սեղանին, վարչապետն արձանագրեց. «Պարզ՝ մի քանի օրենսդրության արդյունքում»։
Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության Վարչության որոշմամբ Հովիկ Աղազարյանը հեռացվել է կուսակցության շարքերից:
Կուսակցությունը որպես հիմնավորում նշել է, որ նա թույլ է տվել պետական և կուսակցական նշանակության կոնֆիդենցիալ տեղեկատվության արտահոսքեր, ինչպես նաև՝ հանրության բարոյական նորմերի կոպիտ խախտումներ։
Ազգային ժողովի նիստի ժամանակ Աղազարյանը հայտարարել է, որ դուրս է գալիս կուսակցությունից՝ ներողություն խնդրելով կուսակիցներից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված վերջին հարցազրույցի ժամանակ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր՝ պատգամավորներ Նարեկ Զեյնալյանին և Հովիկ Աղազարյանին խնդրել է վայր դնել պատգամավորական մանդատները: Վարչապետի խնդրանքը Զեյնալյանն ընդունեց, իսկ Աղազարյանը՝ ոչ:
