«Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ն Հայաստանում առաջինն է թողարկում Կայուն զարգացման պարտատոմսեր

«Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ԲԲ Ընկերությունը հայտարարում է անվանական ոչ փաստաթղթային Կայուն զարգացման հետ կապված (ԿԶԿՊ) պարտատոմսերի վաճառքի մեկնարկի մասին։ Սա նման պարտատոմսերի առաջին թողարկումն է ՀՀ կապիտալի շուկայում։

Team Telecom Armenia-ն թողարկել է Կայուն զարգացման դոլարային և դրամային պարտատոմսեր։ Պարտատոմսի այս տեսակն ընտրելիս Ընկերությունը հիմնվել է Կայուն զարգացման իր ռազմավարական նպատակի վրա, որը ենթադրում է բիզնեսի շարունակական ընդլայնում՝ ստանձնելով շրջակա միջավայրի վրա իր գործունեության ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու պարտավորություն։

Առաջին սերիայի դոլարային պարտատոմսերի անվանական ծավալը 45 միլիոն դոլար է, մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար, արժեկտրոնային տոկոսադրույքը՝ 7.95%, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 60 ամիս։ Երկրորդ սերիայի դոլարային պարտատոմսերի անվանական ծավալը 20 միլիոն դոլար է, մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը՝ կրկին 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար, արժեկտրոնային տոկոսադրույքը՝ 7.85%, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 48 ամիս։ 

Դրամային պարտատոմսերի անվանական ծավալը 3.9 միլիարդ դրամ է, մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը՝ 100 հազար դրամ,  արժեկտրոնային տոկոսադրույքը` 11.5%, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 60 ամիս։ Բոլոր սերիաների պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը կիրականացվի 2024թ. դեկտեմբերի 5-ից 18-ը։

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում ներգրավված միջոցները Team Telecom Armenia-ն ուղղելու է իր ռազմավարական առանցքային ուղղությունների զարգացմանը՝ բջջային ու ֆիքսված ցանցերի, Team Energy էլեկտրական մեքենաների լիցքավորման կայանների ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև վարկերի ամբողջական վերաֆինանսավորմանը։

Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում միջազգային ստանդարդներին համապատասխան բնապահպանական կառավարման համակարգ ներդնելու արդյունքում Ընկերությունը էականորեն նվազեցրել է իր գործունեության ազդեցությունը շրջակա միջավայրի վրա՝ պարտավորվելով մինչև 2029թ․ կրճատել արտանետումները 40%-ով։

Պարտատոմսերը կարելի է ձեռք բերել առցանց՝ Ամերիաբանկի MyAmeria հավելվածի MyInvest հարթակի միջոցով, կամ այցելելով Ամերիաբանկի որևէ մասնաճյուղ և լրացնելով հայտ-հանձնարարականը, կամ ուղարկելով լրացված հայտ-հանձնարարականի ձևն Ամերիաբանկի էլ. հասցեին՝ [email protected] ։

«Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 2024թ. նոյեմբերի 27-ի Թիվ 1/452Ա որոշմամբ: Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխողն է «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲ Ընկերությունը։ Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման կարգին, ազդագրի էլեկտրոնային տարբերակին և պարտատոմսերի հրապարակային առաջարկի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ այստեղ։ Թողարկողի և առաջարկվող պարտատոմսերի բոլոր մանրամասները, ինչպես նաև դրանց առնչվող ռիսկերը ներկայացված են ծրագրային ազդագրում:
